“I was impressed with Superior Seating from the start. Going into this project I knew nothing about restaurant booths, or how to know what we needed. I quickly realized that Superior was superior to the other company I was talking with. The quick response to emails and help with details of measurements, etc. made me feel comfortable spending money on their products. We were creating a fun space for our Elementary Kids Ministry. The colors choices were a huge part of the project. And Superior Seating gave us samples and time to choose what ended up going perfectly with our other decor. We are pleased and the kids are over the mood about the grown-up but fun seating we've added. Thank you Superior Seating! First Pres Kids Ministry Amarillo, TX”

“This would be a 5 out of 5 except two things: 1. Communication about production status and shipping was sub-par. I had to call repeatedly to get updates on timeline, and most of them ended up being inaccurate. 2. There were a number of minor issues with the products themselves (which were otherwise awesome!). A. There were slight variations in chair leg lengths (which ostensibly they attempted to fix by trimming legs); and, B. The tabletop surfaces themselves had some blemishes that caused the paint to chip when rubbed with something as soft as a fingernail.”

“I liked the barstools I bought and the quality was very good. The freight charge however is a little ridiculous. Bought 24 chairs, freight $595. Bought 20 more and the freight was…….you guessed it $595. Part of the problem is the online weight for these is 30 lbs when all the others are 15-18 lbs. When the chairs were delivered they weighed about 17 lbs. And maybe your standard freight charge is $595. I should have just ordered them in one shipment and saved $595. 🤷‍♂️”

“I spoke with Jane. I explained to her exactly what I was looking for, and she made suggestions on what she thought would suit my needs best. She was spot on. I had been looking for a few weeks on other websites, and with other companies. It can get overwhelming with all the choices. Overall I would say I had a great experience. “Such a fruad company! Website show in stock. When it's not, kept telling me 2 wks, turned into over 2 months, shipment was horrible, missing parts. No communication from the shipping company, it just showed up, blaming the shipping company, i guess. Very unprofessional, it should have been wrapped in one order on a create, nope it was all separated, read the review before mine, same issue. I wish I saw that reviews prior to buy from them. Stay away from this company!”
