"I had tickets for Olivia Rodrigo \r\nI could not go so sold them on AXS resale and they sold \r\nI waiting 10 days snd I gave not received the funds despite adding my bank account \r\nThis is awful customer service \r\nThere is no one to contact and no obvious way to report this theft of my money \r\nI would never buy tickets via AXS again \r\nI\u2019m\r\nHoping that it\u2019s can be resolved but I have no where to write to the live chat is another hurdle \r\nI resold my tickets at cost price so another fan would benefit \r\nIt would face been easier to resell in an \u201c illegal \u201c sure and get my money \r\nI have only the small claims court as an option\r\nWhy is a refund so hard yet payment so easy \r\nPlease can I be helped \r\nI\u2019m one of many people in a similar situation. \r\nPlease resolve this axs"

"This company is a complete SCAM. They cancelled my ticket due to a technical error without any communication and after I got in touch they promised me a refund but I have been waiting 8-9 months. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and I will NEVER be buying tickets through them again - not even if my favourite artist was to rise from the dead to do one last show. I have lots screenshots for evidence - case #6318473 in case AXS try to deny it. I want my refund!!!!!!"
