I have been waiting to get paid for sold tickets now since September 2021. The live chat is run by customer service assistants who have no understanding of how selling of tickets works, or even how the online interface looks like for customers. I am unable to speak to anybody despite repeated requests. Nobody follows through on emails, and the same response is being said over again. My correct bank details and paypal account is on my account, so I fail to understand why Support are unable to pay me my money. Please beware if you are selling tickets, do not use AXS.

Absolutely dumbfounded how this company is still in business with its horrifying customer service, and criminal practices.... Won't be long until we read about AXS in the news as a company that flopped. Edit: For anyone who is still getting the run around when trying to get their money after selling their tickets please call and report AXS to the Federal Trade Commission 887-382-4354 option 1 then option 4. If they receive enough complaints from enough people they said they would start an investigation.

This company does not even warrant 1 star!!!. Absolutely appalling, not able to speak to anyone, live chat just pass on the complaint and although I have done this numerous times... still no change and NO PAYMENT/REFUND. Tickets were sold in December 2021 and I have been chasing AXS for the money since. They say it is a technical error as there is no tab on the payment page to transfer the money to my PayPal account or my bank account. This complaint has been (according to the live chat) "escalated to the right department" and we were supposed to receive a reply within 2 days. GUESS WHAT.... NO REPLY. Their website should be removed and this company needs looking into as there is something very worrying about the numerous complaints of the same issue on trust pilot. DO NOT USE AXS TO SELL YOUR TICKETS, YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE MONEY!

No stars, I put one ticket for sale and it sold on the 4th June, I have the axs app and it shows the balance of my ticket, however it won't let me put my bank details in as at the bottom it says building society account which it don't have as I have a bank account so I put my PayPal account. It still not showing anyway to transfer my money what so ever. No phone number no email, used Facebook messenger No reply, used live chat and keep getting kicked out. Worse company ever and I want my money. I am going to contact a solicitor as it's a disgusting service

I’ve looked at the reviews and wish I had before selling my tickets through them. This company should not be allowed to trade. So many people have not had their money AXS must be sitting on a whole lot of cash that’s not theirs! That’s criminal and cannot be right. I can’t add my bank account details to the account as it says “oops IBAN is empty or incorrect”. I know what an IBAN is but there is nowhere to put it!!!!! Hours and hours on web chat over the last week or so, useless don’t answer questions and keep saying hope to resolve in 48 hours! Absolute joke and should be charged with theft of, I would imagine, hundreds of thousands of pounds

AXS claim they have processed 2 refunds, for a total of £227.65, after March 2021. I forwarded to AXS a letter from the credit card company (Tandem) advising "From the 17th of February 2021 Tandems Bank Identification Number for credit cards and the payment accounts associated with it have all been closed. After this date any attempted payments or refunds will have been automatically returned to the sender by the payment scheme provider". Despite that, and many complaints for the past 3 months - these days AXS does not have a customer service number to call, and they do not answer their facebook message, AXS keeps telling me their refunds did not bounce back! I've logged a complaint with Star.org.uk to recover my refunds. If only AXS could be sensible and talk to Tandem? But that would be asking too much. My advice: avoid AXS at all cost!

Not paid in full for tickets that I sold- this company deserves a class action lawsuit…maybe I’ll look into that

I sold event tickets via AXS, as I was unable to attend an international event (in Canada when I am based in the UK). I am unable to transfer the sales proceeds back into my bank account. I have been asking for help for months - I have sent multiple emails and have spent hours waiting for live chat with both the US and the UK customer service teams, and no one is willing to or able to help me. Also, the UK customer service line has been 'closed for quarantine' for months. I am totally at a loss as to how to get my money back. I will never use AXS again - I have been so let down by them.

It's almost, if not literally, impossible for me to transfer the sales balance to my actual bank account. I've entered details and NOTHING. Like, give me my money?

I have been to several shows using the app. Worked ok. My wife bought tickets for Sparks . We never received the tickets due to some error on the email address. No one responds to any emails. The live chat loses any record after you have typed in all of the information. They then send you an email to say they will be in touch but never do. Or they ask if you are happy. Surely they have a record of the chat and can see it is not resolved. No phone number to ring. No address to write to. The gig has now gone and we are over around £150 out of pocket. Be very careful.

Even 1 star is too high for this sham of a company. We bought our tickets through them and the tickets never arrived. We tried multiple times to contact them in the last week before the concert but their telephone number which we got with the receipt for the tickets does not work and all they have is "Live chat" which is worse than useless. My advice is to use a reputable ticket company and not AXS or you will be faced with having to do a chargeback to your payment card as we have done.

Absolutely awful Company to deal with. Booked tickets with them FIVE years ago and they have changed the original date three times in that period. They gave me one date that I could not attend FIVE years later, and not only were they not flexible, but the only way to contact them is by chat and Marvin simply left the chat when he couldn't be bothered anymore.

Scam company. Do not use. Do not provide a refund when the festival has moved from Summer to Winter with no headline act. No way of contacting them. Live chat doesnt work, no phone, no rpely to emails

Useless. Utterly useless. They have a single job. Deliver the tickets that were paid for. Incredibly, they managed to take my money but unable to deliver tickets. Did I mention they were useless?

I had to cancel the Queen / Adam Lambert concert because I was diagnosed with cancer. I live in The Netherlands but AXS made it quite easy to sell my two tickets through the app. The tickets were gone within minutes for 345 British pounds. The took about 40 pound service charge which I think is quite a lot but anyway.. I was helped, right? Well no.. as the amount shows up in the app, the amount does not show up on the website. AXS demands to go to the website to claim your money under payments “transfer money”. Also I cannot fill in a UK Loyds bank account. I have one but every time it gives me the message “Oops, no IBAN..”. Well, there is no room to put the IBAN. I could fill in my Paypal account but still where is my money?! I sent AXS UK a mail more then a week ago but I got no answer. I tried to call them but I got an answering machine that said there is no staff to answer the telephone due to Covid. Due to Covid??? There have been no restrictions due to Covid for months. I am from The Netherlands and I was always told that the British invented customer service. This though.. is not the customer experience I expect from any company. Frankly said.. so far this is the worst customer service I have ever had. They were good in taking my money fast. How can it be so hard to decently return it when the deal is final. Please pay me the money your company is due.

I would not have gave them any stars but I need to warn others to AVOID dealing with this company.Rescheduled a concert that had been cancelled through covid lockdowns. The new dates that were sent for the rescheduled concert were for during a time we were outwith the country. There has been no way for us to get our money refunded or the tickets resold back even for a sold out venue where tickets are scarce. The phone line tells you that you are 90 something in the queue but cuts you off before you speak to someone. The live chat also cuts you off. A bunch of money grabbing cowardly shysters. The questionnaire asking about your experience communicating with the company is also useless as not enough info can be taken in it. Such a poor disgrace of a business model.

Absolutely disgusting. They really don't care. Missing all concerts booked through them and loosing all my money. They won't assist reply or get back to me re tickets and won't refund either. BIG SCAM!

ABOSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY. Their customer service is appalling. You can't get an answer from them. Their staff are rude and incompetent, I have 2 tickets that I paid £645 for that have disappeared and now they are telling me that they have been auctioned, when I put them on for sale and wanted to take down the listing. The app does not even give you the option to auction the tickets. The tickets are not even showing on my account anymore. They have literally robbed me of £645.
