I bought tickets to a show that had to be moved to a different venue due to a fire on June 24th. I received an email from AXS saying that I would be reimbursed for the difference in price for the tickets after 30 days. 30 days later and still no refund. I call and emailed them multiple times and they said they were refunding me the money in 3 to 5 business days. Still no refund. I also had two separate pairs of tickets supposed to be mailed to me, one of which was never received and the others showed up a week after that scheduled show. Buy your tickets elsewhere or deal with crappy customer service and a crappy company!

I have listed tickets for resale 14 days ago, and they have never appeared available for resale. The only way to resell is through the platform- and it literally doesn’t list tickets! Something close to very dodgy. I’ve requested help through chat, sent 2 emails and completed the support form on the website - never an answer. It’s really the worst ticket company I’ve used or communicated with and would not use again.

They sold 2 of my 4 tickets for Adam Lambert and Queen on the 6th June 2022 for the concert at the O2 that day. I sat next to the two buyers! I have confirmation of the sale from AXS saying they wait 10days to forward the money. They claimed to have done this which they hadnt and still havent. PayPal have told me to ask them for the Transaction ID and they have not answered me despite obver 10 emails except a standard we are really busy. We are now heading towards 6 weeks since the expected 17th June payment of nearly £300-00. Check their own feedback on Trustpilot. There is a growing problem of dis-satisfied and mainly one star angry people not getting paid. Scammers.

We were unable to attend an event do sold tickets through axs. Still waiting for payment 5 weeks after event. Nobody helps just say they will look into it and unable to talk to people just an awful chat helpline that takes hours of waiting!!

Terrible customer service. Promised refunds (from rescheduled event) during set window then don’t answer until window has passed. After a month of trying I finally spoke to a real person - then all they said is that they can’t help me. Even offered to send the paper trail of me trying to get ahold of customer service for the refund to prove I was within set window - they didn’t care. Said there was nothing they could do and left the chat immediately. What a fraud company. If you can purchase tickets anywhere else but axs - I highly recommend it!

I purchased 3 tickets to a Robbie Williams concert for the O2 in October this year. Unfortunately we wont be able to attend due to other commitments so had to list them for sale via the AXS app. The tickets sold and thats when the trouble started for us. Apparently AXS keep hold you of your money until after the event, 10 days after the event! So they not only took my money, and the sellers money, and all the fee's for selling them BOTH TIMES and now they dont pay it back until mid October! So now I have no tickets and no money! They are absolute scammers. The support is an absolute joke and keep telling me I agreed to this, I did not! I have since looked through their terms and they state: "The proceeds from Resale Ticket transactions may not be immediately available for disbursement and AXS may delay the disbursement until the associated event has occurred." Watch out for these guys they keep your money, your tickets, charge extortionate fees and offer zero support! They are absolute thieves, read other reviews online and see just how bad they are. Many people who sold tickets have not been paid weeks later which amounts to theft!

Scam company. Do not use. Do not provide a refund when the festival has moved from Summer to Winter with no headline act. No way of contacting them. Live chat doesnt work, no phone, no rpely to emails

FALSE/NO ADVERTISING OF UNABLE TO SELL I bought two tickets for Nine Inch Nails at the Eden Project playing June 17th. I was no longer able to attend the event due to the cost of living and petrol price increases meaning it is was not financially possible. I tried within the AXS App and Desktop to transfer/sell these tickets but could not see an option. When I purchased these tickets I did not see a warning I could not resell these tickets. I have went via Live Chat (which took over an hour to be dealt with waiting) and it was stated I cannot get a refund nor sell these tickets. On AXS website on February 18th when purchasing these tickets I saw no warning about not being able to refund nor resell these tickets. I then went through the customer journey again to purchase the tickets (May 31st) and saw no warning about this (even on the FAQ page linked) I have dated screenshots of this as evidence. They then tried to fob me off saying a pop-up existed, when I asked when this had been implemented into the customer journey I had no response. I suspect they knew from the high level of complaints about not being able to sell or even TRANSFER tickers they introduced this warning LATE into the journey. They could have proved when they implemented it as it is dated within their Tag Management system. I lost out £145. AVOID.

No stars, I put one ticket for sale and it sold on the 4th June, I have the axs app and it shows the balance of my ticket, however it won't let me put my bank details in as at the bottom it says building society account which it don't have as I have a bank account so I put my PayPal account. It still not showing anyway to transfer my money what so ever. No phone number no email, used Facebook messenger No reply, used live chat and keep getting kicked out. Worse company ever and I want my money. I am going to contact a solicitor as it's a disgusting service

Useless. Utterly useless. They have a single job. Deliver the tickets that were paid for. Incredibly, they managed to take my money but unable to deliver tickets. Did I mention they were useless?

I had to cancel the Queen / Adam Lambert concert because I was diagnosed with cancer. I live in The Netherlands but AXS made it quite easy to sell my two tickets through the app. The tickets were gone within minutes for 345 British pounds. The took about 40 pound service charge which I think is quite a lot but anyway.. I was helped, right? Well no.. as the amount shows up in the app, the amount does not show up on the website. AXS demands to go to the website to claim your money under payments “transfer money”. Also I cannot fill in a UK Loyds bank account. I have one but every time it gives me the message “Oops, no IBAN..”. Well, there is no room to put the IBAN. I could fill in my Paypal account but still where is my money?! I sent AXS UK a mail more then a week ago but I got no answer. I tried to call them but I got an answering machine that said there is no staff to answer the telephone due to Covid. Due to Covid??? There have been no restrictions due to Covid for months. I am from The Netherlands and I was always told that the British invented customer service. This though.. is not the customer experience I expect from any company. Frankly said.. so far this is the worst customer service I have ever had. They were good in taking my money fast. How can it be so hard to decently return it when the deal is final. Please pay me the money your company is due.

I would not have gave them any stars but I need to warn others to AVOID dealing with this company.Rescheduled a concert that had been cancelled through covid lockdowns. The new dates that were sent for the rescheduled concert were for during a time we were outwith the country. There has been no way for us to get our money refunded or the tickets resold back even for a sold out venue where tickets are scarce. The phone line tells you that you are 90 something in the queue but cuts you off before you speak to someone. The live chat also cuts you off. A bunch of money grabbing cowardly shysters. The questionnaire asking about your experience communicating with the company is also useless as not enough info can be taken in it. Such a poor disgrace of a business model.

Absolutely disgusting. They really don't care. Missing all concerts booked through them and loosing all my money. They won't assist reply or get back to me re tickets and won't refund either. BIG SCAM!

I’ve looked at the reviews and wish I had before selling my tickets through them. This company should not be allowed to trade. So many people have not had their money AXS must be sitting on a whole lot of cash that’s not theirs! That’s criminal and cannot be right. I can’t add my bank account details to the account as it says “oops IBAN is empty or incorrect”. I know what an IBAN is but there is nowhere to put it!!!!! Hours and hours on web chat over the last week or so, useless don’t answer questions and keep saying hope to resolve in 48 hours! Absolute joke and should be charged with theft of, I would imagine, hundreds of thousands of pounds

ABOSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY. Their customer service is appalling. You can't get an answer from them. Their staff are rude and incompetent, I have 2 tickets that I paid £645 for that have disappeared and now they are telling me that they have been auctioned, when I put them on for sale and wanted to take down the listing. The app does not even give you the option to auction the tickets. The tickets are not even showing on my account anymore. They have literally robbed me of £645.

Absolute joke of an organisation. Emailed to complain about tickets sent to an incorrect address, after sitting on chat for over an hour and being told the address was confirmed. Initially I received a gibberish response, which didn't answer any of my complaint. After asking to speak to a manager to complain, I received a response to submit a new ticket on thier customer service link! Beyond poor.

Worst customer service YET again! Tickets never arrived (not the first time this has happened with me). No way fo contacting them except via chat which can be 3 hours wait and by the time your queue turn comes, if you don't see it for 30 seconds, they time you out and you are back to 3/4 hours long queue. So basically quit your job if you want to enquire about your ticket. I actually spent at least 4 days with chat waiting and timing out as cause it took 2 days to reach them weeks before the event to request orr tickets to eb present then 2 days before I still had not received the tickets so spent another 2 days tryiongt or each them. On the day of event I reached them at last at mid day and they said they will look into it and get back to me. I never heard back! I had to try get them on chat again and never got to talk to anyone. I called the royal albert hall at last minute and they said they can reprint. So, please do yourself a favour and buy from the venue direct. AXS has gone down the hill as soon as they stopped taking calls. The people on the chat don't give a monkey and the enquiry you send never gets answered anymore. I tried twitter and you can't reach anyone at AXS UK and even when I tweeted them, no one gave a monkey! - the US AXS on twitter are super responsive but unfortunately they have no access to help UK clients. I simply never got a resolution with AXS and almost missed an event that I had bought EXPENSIVE tickets for TWO years ago - 2 years not enough to send me the tickets apparently :D Just buy straight from the venue! AXS - the amount of frustration and stress you caused me is unforgivable and unacceptable.
