We have had an extremely disappointing experience with AXS regarding our tickets for the Morgan Wallen concert at BST Hyde Park on July 4. We initially purchased VIP Diamond tickets and upgraded to VIP Diamond Ultimate ALL Terrace reserved seating, expecting a premium experience due to my broken foot requiring a reserved seat. Our first issue arose when we did not receive a seat assignment immediately after upgrading. This caused significant stress and uncertainty. After two weeks of back-and-forth communication with AXS, we finally received our seat assignment, only to find we were placed in G10, one of the last rows, rather than in the Ultimate ALL Terrace VIP seating in G1 or G2 as promised. When we booked, Row A was available, and we thought that’s what we were getting. To make matters worse, when we currently check, seats in G2 Row B are available! Why are we being stuck in G10 when better seats are open? It is clear that AXS does not take care of their VIP ticket holders who hold the highest tiered tickets. This is appalling. We spent almost $1,000 on the upgrade, expecting top-tier seating. Being assigned to a less desirable location does not reflect the value of what we paid for, resulting in financial loss for a service not delivered as promised. The incorrect seat assignment fails to accommodate my needs with a broken foot for comfort and accessibility, causing potential physical discomfort during the event. Our experience with AXS has been frustrating and time-consuming. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this issue, we have not received a satisfactory solution. This situation is unacceptable for a VIP experience, and we are demanding to be placed in the Ultimate ALL Terrace VIP seating arrangements in G1 or G2 as initially expected. We hope AXS addresses this issue promptly, but based on our experience so far, we are not optimistic. This has been a HORRIBLE experience, and we strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with AXS for event tickets. ORDER NUMBER: 1080212448

Appalling customer service- didn't rceive my tickets but only realised I hadn't got them on the actual day of the gig. Could see my order on website but no facility to download the actual tickets. No phone lines open and no response to live chat, message or even direct messages sent on Facebook and X. An absolute disgrace and will hever buy tickets from them again. If I could give less than one star I would

Impossible to get money back for tickets sold through AXS- says need to be verified by Paypal/Hyperwallet etc but impossible to contact either of these companies. Will not sell through AXS again

I resold tickets through AXS TWO years ago and have never received the money for this. I have spoken to customer service teams and they have fobbed me off over and over by saying that I do not have an account set up - I had an account and PayPal set up. My account has now changed and there is no option to update this, when I try I get an error message. This company needs to be condemned for their illegal practice of pocketing the money gained from tickets twice on their platform. I have done my research and other customers have had the same issue. Disgusting capitalist thieves.

I'm disgusted with how AXS have treated my wife & I with our tickets for LeAnn Rimes' show tomorrow. We purchased tickets in Block 112 because I'm disabled. AXS have relocated us to Block A1, which isn't suitable, without bothering to inform us & we won't even be sitting together! 😡 I've checked online and the block we chose is still available, so it makes absolutely no sense that they've decided to relocate us. Even worse, the seats they've put us in are considerably cheaper than the tickets we purchased, yet no word of a refund for the difference. When I contacted customer services, they sent a standard response that doesn't even start to address the issue. I replied to their ridiculous response (clearly a copy & paste exercise with my original email not being read) but now they're silent with no way to contact them because they don't have a phone line or complaints email. The tickets are supposed to be sent 7-10 working days before the event but they've only arrived the day before. This company treats people worse than dirt and doesn't give a damn!

DO NOT USE!! THIEVES AND LIARS!! Sold £200 worth of tickets for event in October, still not received payment and undoubtedly never will! Only contact options are ignored! Tried AXS website, twitter and Facebook! Absolute SCAM!!!

DO NOT BUY OR SELL TICKETS THROUGH THIS COMPANY. It shows my money to transfer but then there is literally not option to transfer YOUR MONEY back to you. The customer service is non existent. I have added my banks my paypal. Disgusting. I am now nearly £700 out of pocket.

Sold tickets over a year ago through AXS- over a year later they haven't paid blaming PayPal and hyperwallet. Contacted Paypal- they say its not their problem. Spent 20 hours trying to sort, and AXS are still refusing to pay DO NOT SELL VIA AXS!!!

Same as everyone else- can't get the money for my sold tickets so am now going to write to their legal department and taje them to small claims court. I also won't buy tickets from then in the future. Appalling service!!!

Same story as everyone else, bought tickets, paid £180, cannot log in to the app, their website, anything. Tried new passwords, tried changing devices, tried "changing my IP address" as support "advised". Nothing worked, avoid at all costs.

This company is a complete SCAM. They cancelled my ticket due to a technical error without any communication and after I got in touch they promised me a refund but I have been waiting 8-9 months. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and I will NEVER be buying tickets through them again - not even if my favourite artist was to rise from the dead to do one last show. I have lots screenshots for evidence - case #6318473 in case AXS try to deny it. I want my refund!!!!!!

I have been to several shows using the app. Worked ok. My wife bought tickets for Sparks . We never received the tickets due to some error on the email address. No one responds to any emails. The live chat loses any record after you have typed in all of the information. They then send you an email to say they will be in touch but never do. Or they ask if you are happy. Surely they have a record of the chat and can see it is not resolved. No phone number to ring. No address to write to. The gig has now gone and we are over around £150 out of pocket. Be very careful.

Even 1 star is too high for this sham of a company. We bought our tickets through them and the tickets never arrived. We tried multiple times to contact them in the last week before the concert but their telephone number which we got with the receipt for the tickets does not work and all they have is "Live chat" which is worse than useless. My advice is to use a reputable ticket company and not AXS or you will be faced with having to do a chargeback to your payment card as we have done.

Good morning never again never again one of the biggest mistakes of my life they don't have a manager you could speak to their employees are mad at you they put your tickets in somebody else's envelope and then send you somebody else's tickets you have to search for the people who tickets you have and then they won't give you your money back like they're supposed to
