“We have had an extremely disappointing experience with AXS regarding our tickets for the Morgan Wallen concert at BST Hyde Park on July 4. We initially purchased VIP Diamond tickets and upgraded to VIP Diamond Ultimate ALL Terrace reserved seating, expecting a premium experience due to my broken foot requiring a reserved seat.
Our first issue arose when we did not receive a seat assignment immediately after upgrading. This caused significant stress and uncertainty. After two weeks of back-and-forth communication with AXS, we finally received our seat assignment, only to find we were placed in G10, one of the last rows, rather than in the Ultimate ALL Terrace VIP seating in G1 or G2 as promised. When we booked, Row A was available, and we thought thatโs what we were getting.
To make matters worse, when we currently check, seats in G2 Row B are available! Why are we being stuck in G10 when better seats are open? It is clear that AXS does not take care of their VIP ticket holders who hold the highest tiered tickets. This is appalling.
We spent almost $1,000 on the upgrade, expecting top-tier seating. Being assigned to a less desirable location does not reflect the value of what we paid for, resulting in financial loss for a service not delivered as promised. The incorrect seat assignment fails to accommodate my needs with a broken foot for comfort and accessibility, causing potential physical discomfort during the event.
Our experience with AXS has been frustrating and time-consuming. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this issue, we have not received a satisfactory solution. This situation is unacceptable for a VIP experience, and we are demanding to be placed in the Ultimate ALL Terrace VIP seating arrangements in G1 or G2 as initially expected.
We hope AXS addresses this issue promptly, but based on our experience so far, we are not optimistic. This has been a HORRIBLE experience, and we strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with AXS for event tickets.

I have spoken to customer service teams and they have fobbed me off over and over by saying that I do not have an account set up - I had an account and PayPal set up. My account has now changed and there is no option to update this, when I try I get an error message. I've checked online and the block we chose is still available, so it makes absolutely no sense that they've decided to relocate us. Even worse, the seats they've put us in are considerably cheaper than the tickets we purchased, yet no word of a refund for the difference.
When I contacted customer services, they sent a standard response that doesn't even start to address the issue. I replied to their ridiculous response (clearly a copy & paste exercise with my original email not being read) but now they're silent with no way to contact them because they don't have a phone line or complaints email.
The tickets are supposed to be sent 7-10 working days before the event but they've only arrived the day before.
