Still waiting for item almost 5 weeks after ordering it , 3 times I've contacted swegway and 3 times I've been urged to change the colour , I'm being fobbed off and I'm sick of it ! I explained to the customer service assistant , who wasn't at all helpful , that the item wasn't for Christmas but a birthday present for my daughter on Nov 30th , which has now gone . Thank you for the look on her face .

I ordered my Swegway and received an email informing me that my Swegway was on its way. Then I received an email informing me that the Swegway I ordered was out of stock.

I ordered a black Segway bag and got a blue one with no correspondence at all!

Order late. Said they had misplaced my order. When board arrived wheels babdly scuffed and scratched reported to customer services online through there portal but no joy!!!!

I ordered what I thought was a new swegway (as sold on the phone). I received it and it had visible scratches on the board and marks on the wheels. The battery was not working either. After a number of calls and emails to the so called customer service department they agreed to take it back. I had to pay £20 to send it back, but was reimbursed. I have received what I thought would be a new swegway today (one week after my sons birthday) and it is not new at all they have just updated the battery and sent the old one back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BUY YOUR CHILD A SWEGWAY..

You sell them but you don't receive them. Try and get intouch with them and all they say its under investigation. They will not send another or give money back.

Staff communication via email was excellent but the wrong product was delivered! A big disappointment for the granddaughter.

My first email was ignored for months about my broken charger that fell apart in a matter of weeks then when I gave up waiting I paid for a new charger and it was never despatched! Had to email again and wait over another week! No apology or any acknowledgment of problem! Very very poor disappointing service!

I have had several emails containing screenshots and recepts etc to Ryan C and telephone conversations with regard the model I was sent which is not the one advertised. I ordered a green swegway with supporting strips. I got sent a green swegway without optional supporting strips. It clearly states that all classic swegways come with optional supporting strips. I am annoyed that my last email I sent on the 2 November was not replied to until the 8th November ( 6 days). Could ypou please look into this case . Order number #7950.

We are still waiting for our Segway to be delivered after 2 weeks. It is probably wise not to request a review when the customer has not received the product!

I had to wait nearly 4 weeks to receive both my items and in that time I had several emails teling me my items had been dispatched which they clearly hadn't or that I had already received them. I would not recommend you to anyone.

I am sending another e-mail as your appalling level of customer service continues, since I rejected your offer of compensation and elected to go through the formal complaints process I have received no correspondence from you what so ever. I am grossly dissatisfied with my whole experience purchasing items from your company, the lies I have been told, I have emails that prove this. I am disgusted that you have not contacted me to try and resolve the issue of your company ruining my sons birthday by failing to deliver within the 5-7 days that was promised, my order took a month to arrive and as such my son went without his present on his birthday.

Placed our order for my son’s birthday on the 19th of September (it’s now the 4th NOVEMBER!) and we are STILL waiting for a hover board my son can actually use, they did eventually repair the board but despite numerous emails from UK Swegway my son is still waiting for a working power supply so we can actually use it! I was flabbergasted to find that despite the fact that they have yet to fulfil their obligation to supply my son with a working package that they then wanted to charge me postage to return the still faulty equipment, surly this is a breach of my consumer rights in some way. I’m still obviously very unhappy with their virtually non-existent customer services and if your wanting a working board in time for Christmas I’d look else ware.

I placed an order on the 10/10/16 for a gold swegway costing £249.00, received the order but in green, was advised to pack up the incorrect item and it would be picked up and a replacement in the gold sent out the same day, great !I never received the replacement so called up and was advised it would be sent out in a couple of days, never received it, called back, told there was a backlog of orders and it would be sent out on priority. I asked if I could be reimbursed anything for the inconvenience, was advised I would receive £10 off which I thought was fair. I then received an email today saying the order had been cancelled! Called up and asked if I could re-order with the £10 off and the priority delivery considering this was for a birthday present on the 26th October... I was told they wouldn't honour the £10 off and even had this checked by a manager. Lost all faith in this company and cancelled my order. Gutted !

My wife and I ordered and payed for two of your kart attachments to go with the balance boards that we had bought our grand children last year. This order went through on September 15th., we thought plenty of time for our grand sons birthday on October 12th., one kart arrived late and the other has only just arrived on Oct.25th. That may seem satisfactory to you, but we our grand children live in Holland so they have now got to wait until our next visit. Our upset is the fact that you take the order and with out any indication or interest as to when we receive them, which is far beyond your 5 day delivery promise.
