“My advice is not to take any insurance policy's with Swinton insurance. The staff have really bad attitudes on the telephone . If I were to give them a rating of 1 to 10 it would be minus 10.”

“twice I tried to claim against the \home \emergency cover which was part of the policy purchased and on both occasions they were quick to find reasons why it couldn.t be covered
on one occasion our boiler was making an extremely loud noise which was not right so I turned the system off .Because I had done this they said it was not an emergency and they would only cover if the boiler stopped working by its own accords.
A load of rubbish.
The home emergency cover is not worth the paper its written on.”
