“We moved to eir but had trouble with broadband for first few weeks wasn’t very happy with customer care spoke to an extremely rude woman on the phone but got it sorted eventually think I’ll be switching again when contract is up”

“Very easy to use and very clear breakdown of savings, etc. Quick response from service providers when you enter your details on switcher.ie Only improvement I'd recommend is that when it shows you how much you'd save, it doesn't include any introductory offers like cash back. Might be worthwhile introducing 2 columns showing basic savings & Total savings when consider offers.”

“when I switched from Vodafone to Pure telecom, Vodafone charged me an extra months rental because they said i did not give them a months notice. It was not me that gave them the notice but Pure telecom, they only gave them 2 weeks notice. it eliminated any saving by switching.”
