“I am on a tight budget but finally decided on a quality Chinese sword that is highly versatile for cosplay. Since it took a while for me to decide, the sword I wanted was out of stock. I contacted the customer service team and was assured it would be available in time for my group performance. When it did not arrive 4 days before the performance, I almost had a panic attack and contacted support again. They were very understanding and expedited one for me that arrived with priority mail within two days.”

“I have been eyeing a specific set of swords from Hanwei on a different site and found the same set at a lower price on swordis. Though delivery was delayed, the swords were as expected and the support team was exceptional. With the additional discount code during holidays, the price was a real steal”

“I've been hitting up Sword Encyclopedia daily for a year now, and when they dropped Swordis, I just knew it was gonna shake things up in the industry! Yeah, there are a few hiccups since it's fresh on the scene, but I'm all about how Vali tackles the customer requests, My shipment got held up 'cause of Chinese New Year, and they were chill enough to hook me up with a $50 discount. The website's straight-up top-notch; from the blog that goes all in on sword stuff to the product catalog that's super straightforward to sift through. Big thumbs up!!!!”

“Delivery was attempted twice and I had to drive all the way to the post office about 35 minutes away to get the package. USPS said that the sender specified that signature for the package was required. This was extremely furstrating as I work most days and there would be no one home to receive the package. After contacting swordis, I understand that it was considered a high value package and signature of receiver is therefore necessary. This means I will need to send further packages to my workplace which might be frowned on or make the trip to the post office 35 minutes away. Otherwise, I am happy with the katana, exceeded my expectations.”

Hello Christopher, We've had some unfortunate experiences in the past where customers did not receive their packages, which led us to require signatures for items over $300. However, this approach has caused additional concerns for our customers. As a result, we've decided to discontinue this practice. Moving forward, all packages will be sent without the need for a signature, regardless of their value. Thank you for your feedback and understanding. I hope you enjoy your new katana!
