“Tons of options available but many are out of stock. Support does not know when items will be back in stock. I ordered a utility blade and it came packaged in plastic and styrofoam. Its 2024, there are plenty of sustainable packaging materials that czn be recycled.”

“Customer support was quite rude when I said I wanted a refund for the delay. They told me I could return it and only then I will receive the refund. I opted to keep since return is too much trouble.”

“Delayed shipping and support is no help at all. They tell me that its due to the bad weather and that shipping is out of their control. It should have been stated on the website that this could happen.”
