Ordered a Pompeii Roman sword 5160 spring steel from Everest forge took awhile to get here!! I am very disappointed in several things.First of all, there's no metal plate between the sword guard made of wood and the sword itself. Secondly, the finish is terrible.There are several naked spots on the handle. But worst of all, when they forge the blade, they actually sent it to me with a bend in it. If this is custom work, I don't want to see their worst. It's unforgivable to send a blade like this.That's anne forged and has a bend in it like it has. Won't be ordering from this company again. I would hide my face in shame if i mailed this to a customer much less sell it 2nd hand.

I understand that mail delivery is suspended in some parts due to unforeseen circumstances but Swordis should notify customers before an order is made. If I knew that it would there would be a delay, I would not have placed the order.

My package is stuck somewhere and customer support says that they can't do anything about it.

We’ve reached out to USPS but were kept on hold for an extended time. We did manage to speak with someone, and they’ve informed us that they will get back to us on Monday. After 2 weeks delay, the sword arrived damaged. The blade was chipped. Customer support was rude too. Not going back here again ever

We strive to be transparent with all shipping and processing times, which are displayed on the product page. Regarding the chipped blade, we informed you that we could replace the sword, but you have not responded to our message after we sent you the return label. We are very sorry for what happened, and we are trying to resolve it by sending you a replacement. However, we cannot proceed until we receive the returned item. Thank you for understanding!
