I understand that mail delivery is suspended in some parts due to unforeseen circumstances but Swordis should notify customers before an order is made. If I knew that it would there would be a delay, I would not have placed the order.

My package is stuck somewhere and customer support says that they can't do anything about it.

We’ve reached out to USPS but were kept on hold for an extended time. We did manage to speak with someone, and they’ve informed us that they will get back to us on Monday. Please know we are doing everything we can to resolve this and kindly ask for a bit more patience. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Thank you, David

After 2 weeks delay, the sword arrived damaged. The blade was chipped. Customer support was rude too. Not going back here again ever

Hello Alejandro, You ordered an item that was not in stock, which is why it took some time to deliver. We strive to be transparent with all shipping and processing times, which are displayed on the product page. Regarding the chipped blade, we informed you that we could replace the sword, but you have not responded to our message after we sent you the return label. We are very sorry for what happened, and we are trying to resolve it by sending you a replacement. However, we cannot proceed until we receive the returned item. Thank you for understanding!
