“It took a few days before my dagger was shipped out. Emailed support and found out that it was due to inventory issues. Customer support was helpful though it took me quite a few tries to connect with them”

“Delayed shipping. Followed up with customer support and I was only able to get my tracking code then too. Disappointed but overall not a bad experience.”
