“I can only say the service was 100%, it's pity that all businesses in the UK are not as efficient. It was a shame that the courier let them down big time. I was told that my tripod would be despatched immediately on arrival in stock on Friday, in fact it arrived in stock on Thursday and was despatched the same day. According to the courier's web site my delivery was due between 07.30am and 17.30hrs. I telephoned the courier at 17.00hrs only to have a recorded message saying my package would be delivered the next day (Saturday) with no explanation. I tried another number to ask if I could come and collect but the phone rang & rang & rang. I decided to take a chance and travel some 10 miles to go and collect as I wanted my package beore the Bank Holiday weekend. My wife left the phone on loudspeaker ringing, it was still ringing when I arrived and I was told that it had been delivered to the Northampton depot instead of Maidstone, Kent !! I phoned my wife on her mobile and said she may as well hang up the land line. After the recorded message said it would be deloivered the next day (Saturday) the employee at the courier company said, "you won' get it delivered tomorrow either (Saturday) because of the Queen's bash" So I said can you get it down here and I will come back again and collect it myself which is what happened. So it was just as well that I made telephone call's and two 20 mile return journey's to get my tripod before the weekend.”

“I purchased an Inverto Twin LMB to replace one on our dish in sw France, and i needed it to arrive in time to take plus it was long bank holiday weekend, at this time we have not fitted or tested the product, but the service from SystemSat, was very good and the LMB arrived the following day, ordered at 1-30pm, arrived 10am next day, brilliant service.”

“When my item was due to be delivered there was a problem with the courier. However the Customer service at SystemSat Direct were very supportive and reassured me that they would rectify the situation. \n\nWithin a few hours the problem was sorted and I received my item the following day.\n\nThank you so much for your time and effort it was much appreciated.”
