“Being a duffer at anything technical I actually took my receiver back to Systemsat because I just could not set it up to pick up a signal. They spent an hour, with my receiver connected to a TV, to talk me through the process. I have now successfully set up both dish and receiver for perfect reception.”

“No problems with a small exception of the carrier used.Sales need to state which carrier is being used. the 60 cm dish I ordered is of good quality and the sales description of same was correct....highly recommend SystemSat to others.”

“Dish ordered late morning and arrived following day. Only minor criticism is that the e-mail that gave me the tracking number for my parcel did not indicate the carrier (simply said UK Courier Delivery). I had to go to your website to find that you use City-Link. Otherwise everything was fine.”

“I would have awarded 5 stars but their website promised to price match anyone reputable company selling the product for less. I pointed out when ordering that Amazon had the same goods for less. This was not commented on or fulfilled.”
