“Emails from SSD timely, accurate and informative. Packaging good. Yodel Tracking accurate & timely. Box had been opened prior to my reciept, which does not altogether inspire confidence. White, unmarked courier van, not Yodel. Presented with electronic device for signature before presented with parcel. However, the goods themselves were aok. No problems. No issues.”

“Only one item the satellite dish could do with improve ment the documentation was not very good, setting the dish elevation was really guess work as no clear indication of how the scales worked were given, and no figures for the dish offset were given. Other than that the service was excellent the products were very good and as described. Using a small 60 cms dish it pulled in more satellites than I expected. This is the first time I have ventured into the satellite arena as I wanted to be able to get Formula 1 on FTA I set up the motorised system on my own so if I can set it up anyone can ( I am in my mid seventies )”
