“Very disappointed with the delivery performance. Product was ordered on 22nd Feb with 3 to 4 day delivery and today 26th it has still not arrived. Saturday, 27th and still not received!!”

Hi, we post your parcel via 2nd class standard delivery and please check with your local sorting office. Royal Mail may have also lost it and call us on 02034112132 as we cant get you on the number you have provided.

“From your side the delivery was ok, from the side of your dispatch company Yodel there web page to track the parcel is not the best one, They give a day, but not a time window, which they should know, so the customer has to wait and hope Yodel comes eventually. When they arrive the drivers are friendly and there is no problem, it is only to have a time window so someone does not have to sit at home and wait and wait.”
