“I telephone to place order explained what I wanted to do got sold a unit. When it arrived I opened it didn't do what I wanted I called company back and was informed I had the wrong one . I sent it back today 24 ,03 at a cost of £8,55 your company will receive thro the post Tuesday 28.03 I would like a refund ASAP DAVE CHARLTON”

Customer purchased the goods on his own accord, when called to check - Customer required an AV sender instead of an IR sender, This only sends Remote signals instead of video.

“Really excellent service my other half is Swissand can receive Swiss channels being an ex pat. Downside is that they just recently switched off broadcasting them in SD and needed to upgrade my receiver. It was more difficult than I thought to find a HD receiver that decrypted viacess using a smart card. I happened across system sat website after a few hours of little luck thinking I would have to chance a foreign eBay buy that might not have worked. Their website was really well set out and I was struck by the friendliness behind it which encouraged me to phone to just double check. Again the guy on the phone could not have been more helpful recommended a box that was better priced than anything else I had seen and then exceeded my expectations by asking about recording and in the end bought a drive to connect. I know have a very happy wife, HD Swiss channels including the French ones we thought we had lost forever and even recorded some of her ice hockey when the kids decided to hog the tellies. Couldn't have asked for more and as said they exceeded my expectations I know where I am going for all my kit from now on.”

“This should have been an excellent review, equipment good,service good and a competitive price.Unfortunately, instructions not included for dish set up and although details to download instructions were included these did not match equipment supplied or what datums to use for elevation etc. Managed to work out set up but will need trial and error to identify elevation set up! A real missed opportunity, my wife works so doing this on my own is really time consuming and I was tempted to mark this as poor.”

“Made contact with you on Thursday of last week about parcel not being delivered after paying for express service. Got told someone would ring me on Friday to sort out. Rang you myself Friday for update and got told you would be in touch. It's now Monday evening and still waiting for call. Got told postage would be refunded and still waiting for that. Overall very poor performance. Will carry on waiting for you to contact me.”
