You would do a great deal more business if you would answer the phone so one could talk to someone. The number you display : - 0203 411 2132 remains unanswered despite calling this number over several days - many time a day. Very strange!!!!! dfs

Website said 3 to 4 days delivery, it is now 8 days and I called to find out where my order was. I was told it was due into SystemSat tomorrow and would then be posted to me. I should check with them regarding stock levels BEFORE you pay.

Delivery info non existent still waiting for products with no clue as to how long before arrival which is impacting on my service delivery. All my other suppliers are able to deliver promptly or give an excellent update service so I can track deliverys

Item ordered on Friday 13th with delivery promise of 3/4 days. Checked the website on 17th and found that the order was not completed. Phone to the company suggested that the order was complete but the website was wrong. Have now had an email saying that the item has now been dispatched so 3/4 days was a wrong promise with the order being mislaid!

A part or parts was missing from the satellite package. After 'phoning I was expecting the part/s the next day but didn't receive them.

Parcel had wrong house number in the address space, despite the invoice being correct (and data is correct in the account database). Non-delivery card thus went to wrong house, leaving me with no way of contacting courier, except email - but they would only say address I gave didn't correspond to parcel. Further cockups when messages from me to systemsat were ignored, or acted on too late, which meant couriers tried to deliver on day I'd already said was no good for me. Eventually neighbour took parcel in, and I collected the following day. Courier service (Yodel) admittedly given wrong information, but their service poor compared to DPD, which other companies use.

Nothing wrong yet. Awarded 2 stars because I haven't actually received the goods at the time of your request for feedback. Ordered on the 26th, estimated delivery by yourselves, 3-4 days. Admin side first class, let's hope the courier is on the ball, and I can upgrade to 5 stars. :)

Dear Th delivery and the way of purchase was Fine however the receiver is not working. There is no signal at all. An engineer who set up the dish and the LMBs tried to connect it but there is no signal. He tried it also in his place but again no signal. I am preparing to send it back. Have you checked it before you patched it to me Regards Naqeeb

We booked workmen to complete a job after ordering and paying for delivery of the needed cable for next day before 12!! it failed to turn up and I was told 'it went on wrong van' staff very unhelpful on phone

Ordered item and it was delivered in the allotted time. Unfortunately the LNB I ordered did not fit on the boom arm, so now I have had to order another part (bracket) . Hopefully this might work. Not enough info given online and was not instructed It may not fit my older style SKY mini dish. So more delays in getting my satelite tv.

Item had to be returned as wrong fitting for TV. This was not made clear on the website. TV EYE pro delivered. What I need is TV EYE RF.

We spoke to you on the phone and offered exchange but we are not at fault here. Our website is very specifically shows on the website that this is the F type version. RF type is available which is part F101248
