My dish was dented and the support arm crushed when i tightened the holding clamps ! No so happy !!!

dish was all dinted on the rim of the dish look like mike tyson been doing swings at it and the dish also had scripes on the rim and the back of the dish looked like it been dragge across the floor not happy but couldnt be arsed to send it back

Hi, if there are issues such as dents and digs on the dish please do get in touch with us, we will get things resolved. If they are on the edges and minor they will not effect the signal strength. I telephone to place order explained what I wanted to do got sold a unit. When it arrived I opened it didn't do what I wanted I called company back and was informed I had the wrong one . I sent it back today 24 ,03 at a cost of £8,55 your company will receive thro the post Tuesday 28.03 I would like a refund ASAP DAVE CHARLTON

Customer purchased the goods on his own accord, when called to check - Customer required an AV sender instead of an IR sender, This only sends Remote signals instead of video.

Made contact with you on Thursday of last week about parcel not being delivered after paying for express service. Got told someone would ring me on Friday to sort out. Rang you myself Friday for update and got told you would be in touch. It's now Monday evening and still waiting for call. Got told postage would be refunded and still waiting for that. Overall very poor performance. Will carry on waiting for you to contact me.

Packaging on swan neck mast poor, brackets all bent on arrival. Five items missing from the order and cost of next day delivery at £18 seems on high side.

Very disappointed with the delivery performance. Product was ordered on 22nd Feb with 3 to 4 day delivery and today 26th it has still not arrived. Saturday, 27th and still not received!!

Hi, we post your parcel via 2nd class standard delivery and please check with your local sorting office. Royal Mail may have also lost it and call us on 02034112132 as we cant get you on the number you have provided.

Website stated it was free delivery to mainland UK, but after order and payment was taken I was then informed I would need to pay £10 postage to my area which is mainland UK.

I was promised that the delivery will be nextday i booked the engineerfor the fitting of the dish and waited all day the delivery never happened. When i contacted your shop i was told that delivery will be on saturday. I was very disappointed because i had to pay the engineer £100for doing . He came from north London to do the job.

When I receive the receiver I will leave a review As yet according to yodel it has not been collected from Walthamstow. .?? To ask for a review before I get the goods is a bit poor. John

You sent me a feedback email before the confirmation of despatch email and the tracking number in the latter is not recognised. When I eventually receive the goods and make sure everything is fine maybe then ask me !

to early to tell on product bought to use in the north of Scotland, as yet not received it, tracking says will be here today so far 18.15 still no parcel does not look promising was told it would be here today and paid extra for it

The dish arrived within 3 days of placing the order but there were 6 bolts and six nuts missing from the dish the 4 bolts the 2 nuts and bolts that hold the ring to the arm and the 6 nuts 2 that hold the u bolt that holds the dish to the brackets and the 4 nuts that go on the u bolts that secure the dish to the support and bracket. I had to go to b and q to buy bolts and nuts not impressed still not tried to use the dish was so disappointed.

Quick response, quick delivery however I was conned into a Facebook review in exchange for a discount - discount never appeared and I paid full price. What a shame.

I did not receive the item pictured on your website. The TVlink that I ordered from the photo already has one of the cables connected to the link. The one I received does not have any cables already connected so now I need to buy a cable to connect to the television. Please update your photos to match the actual product you are selling.

A satellite dish was sent to an individual in France.\nIt never reached its destination and was returned to you damaged.\nIt is obviously not your fault but I can't say I feel very enthusiastic about your company

The order was dispatched efficiently and delivery was fine, quality of goods supplied was good , however \n1) The dish I ordered did not contain the advertised 4X50mm bolts + plugs (I needed 8 for the install so also ordered the 5 bolt set which was sent).\n2) The pole I ordered was stated to be 1.5M x42mm what I actually received was 1.5M x 50MM which would not fit my 45mm max brackets.\n I contacted SystemSat on Saturday via their contacts form, sent successfully it said but its now Thursday and as yet no reply and that is mainly my reason for the 2 stars. \nAs I needed to get the install done I have had to purchase elsewhere bolts/plugs also 4 x2" brackets then elongate the bracket holes with a file so ruining the galvanizing protection. Its a pity all this ruined an otherwise good shopping experience, I also see the pole is still stated as 42mm dia on the web site.
