Hi Lorraine, The item was purchased on 28th December. We were closed until 3rd Jan 2017. Latest update: Delivered to your address or a neighbour Your item with reference KS011349344GB was delivered from our IVYBRIDGE Delivery Office on 09/01/17 . “My mother-in law waited all day for her remote control and the royal mail had the brass neck to put a card quietly through the letter box saying there was no answer, the door bell works perfectly as does the mother-in-laws hearing no wonder there business has gone down the drain I would like to get a refound from them.”

“Lots of useful advise on the site, got everything I needed to set up a system to receive Freesat and German TV for a third of the price specialist installers quote. Following the links and advice on the site I had the lot set up and working in an afternoon. Also answered a question I posted on amazon about my receiver the following day. All round excellent service and website, very happy.”
