“Order dispatched promptly. Unfortunately the wrong item was sent although the invoice quoted the correct item. Spoke to Ashley by phone and correct item sent promptly together with return envelope for wrong item. So all well in the end, thanks.”

“The Vu+ solo 2 i ordered arrived in 2 days as said i plugged it in but the openvix image froze on start up These things happen no big deal i reloaded the latest openvix image and all has been good since very fast quality box”

“My 60 cm MIX satellite system Rrived on time, was well packaged and and assembly was fairly straightforward. The compass wihich was part of the satellite finder was useless. It took about 2 hours to set up and is now working well. It would be helpful if the kit included assembly and setting up instructions; the online instructions were not relevant to my kit.”

“Item ordered on Friday 13th with delivery promise of 3/4 days. Checked the website on 17th and found that the order was not completed. Phone to the company suggested that the order was complete but the website was wrong. Have now had an email saying that the item has now been dispatched so 3/4 days was a wrong promise with the order being mislaid!”

“Parcel not delivered. I appreciate Ashley's help in resolving the problem. I was at fault putting the wrong postcode into my eBay account but I have had other parcels delivered without a problem. It might be an advantage if Yodel personal viewed the whole address.”
