“Before placing my order I needed some more info about the item, so called the hotline who quickly and effectively answered my questions. Order was expected to take 3-4 days but actually arrived by next day courier! Would happily use again and highly recommend. 5 star service!!”

“Website said 3 to 4 days delivery, it is now 8 days and I called to find out where my order was. I was told it was due into SystemSat tomorrow and would then be posted to me. I should check with them regarding stock levels BEFORE you pay.”

“Great choice of sat equipment and good website. Fast delivery. However - my two orders to date have each included 1m diameter MixDigital dishes, both of which were slightly dented - probably in transit - the first more than the second! These dishes really do need some kind of protection within the cardboard delivery boxes such as polystyrene or similar as distortions to the surface will partially defeat the point of a bigger dish! as a result, I am reluctant to install the first dish I received. I still have packaging etc if an exchange is possible. I don't mean my comments to be negative in any way - just hopefully a helpful observation based on my experience of the packaging and delivery process to date. I will undoubtedly be back with more orders in the future!”
