“package arrived in 2 days. \nvery well packed, in fact it was quite a job undoing it all, but that's ok.\nthe only thing is that the kit has no option for the wall mount. i think a 25cm stand off for an 80cm dish might not be sufficient in my case. i'll try it and see and let you know.\nyes very satisfied in general and would recommend you to others.\nthank you.”

“Customer support was good from A. \nShe cleared up the missing items??\nI was a bit surprised when I paid seperate packaging/mailing costs and 3 items arrived in the one delivery.\nI expected 3 packages on the basis I had paid 3 seperate delivery charges? If someone could explain, why no credit was given for the single delivery??”

“20 m cable ordered but only 19.5m received. Fortunately this did not interfere with my project. I had calculated incorrectly which is why i measured the cable. \nService very good, delivery much better than some on line sites.”
