“Improvements: \nPerhaps add a page after paying in which the delivery address is reconfirmed. I believe I input the right delivery address however the parcel got deliver to my home address. This was not a problem since the package got left at my neighbours.\n\nOther than this it was quite a good service.”

“The products on offer are very good quality and value at a nice price.\nThe only downfall was I did not see any information that credit cards could not be used except with Paypal not my preferred method but cheque was okay and products was received happily.”

“Whilst your service and range of products appears to have been good, the same cannot be said for your choice of carrier. I can see from the tracking web site that the goods reached CityLink's Plymouth depot on Tuesday 14th, however they have still to reach me just 15 miles away. With the snowfall overnight 17th/18th it is now unlikely that I will recieve the items before next Wednesday when I leave to travel to Corby for Xmas.\n\nHad I known that your carrier was to be City Link, I would not have ordered from you in the first place, as they have a very bad reputation for deliveries in this area. Whilst your service may be good (and hence the 4 stars above), whilst you continue to use this carrier I can niether recommend your site nor will I be ordering from it again (and hence the no to the question below.\n\nSuggest switching to Home Delivery Network for this area (no I am not in anyway affiliated/associated with them - they just do exactly what their names says).”

“Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. \n\nBrilliant delivery times even in the run up to Christmas. \n\nOrdered my product at around 2pm and the very next day I had it in my lap; in under 24 hours.\n\nWill recommend this service to other people as it really is second to none.”

“Very good equipment, appropriately packaged, very fast delivery. Ordering process was smooth and quick. I didn't need to use the online support form but a telephone number would greatly benefit the experience. Overall, very highly rated online shop.”

“I apologise if I have got this wrong as I went to several sites.It would have helped if your quoted price had +vat alongside. before going through the ordering process to find out.Price for the same item elsewhere was what I was looking for. Ordering online apart from that was simple, I was contacted by email from your staff because the item was not going to be sent without my phone number which I now realise was sensible as you need it for efficient delivery. No problem with delivery.You don't get 5 stars until you go beyond normal service and unfortunately that only shows when something goes wrong.Feel free to edit this for your home page but don't alter it's sense.”
