VERY VERY VERY UNHAPPY! THE POLES WERE NEVER DELIVERED AND I HAD TO CANCEL THE INSTALLATION!

My motor for the dish quit after about a week company has yet to reply to my emails so customer service is to good but when the motor was working it was good I have ordered another motor from another company so hopefully have better luck with them

Not very well. I received a package containing a swan neck bracket with paper work enclosed for an address in Lincoln, but no dish. However the label stuck to the outside of the package gave my correct name and address. I have taken this up with the shipping company. Ian Waters..

I’m not entirely satisfied with my purchase. Firstly the remote unit is so different and not as original unit as per advertisement, secondly it took much much longer to arrive contrary to the seller advertisement.

How can I review product, which has not even arrived ? Payed extra for 48 hour delivery, but no goods at all arrived here.

Paid extra for next day delivery item got a call saying would be a day late no mention of refunding the next day delivery charge -item still not turned up 4 days later

Comes with bits of the kit missing so I telephoned them they apologised and guaranteed next delivery. Nothing arrived so called again and they said oh yes we posted them yesterday. Waste of time

I ordered my dish at the end of September and I write this in mid December. Initially they sent the wrong arm/dish combination. After many weeks of excuses of people being off sick and faulty email systems and after i had sent them pictures and measurements to help them resolve this they sent me another dish which was exactly the SAME as the dish that I already had that also didn’t fit the arm they sent initially. After a further 3 or 4 three weeks of trying to arrange collection and a refund I have now given up with these idiots but thought I should share my experience and hopefully help unsuspecting potential customers of these clowns.

Today Sunday 19/11/2018 still waiting for next day delivery ordered Monday afternoon 12/11/2018 ! Not a good start for my first order with your company. Why did I pay £9.99 for probably a 7 day delivery ? Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow Monday 20/11/2018 When I enquired about my order your staff did not know where it was and did not seem to care. Not Happy.

SystemSAT ordering process accepts extra payment for next day delivery even though it is after the cut-off time. In practice, my order placed on Thursday for next day delivery was not actually delivered until Monday afternoon (no better than standard delivery but charged twice as much). Not impressed, would have to be desperate to use this supplier again.

Damaged part, unable to install... no reply to email requesting replacement part. No installation instructions... link to download a file type "RAR" which is unreadable on a Windows 10 PC!
