“Order still not received.Quoted 3-4 working days.Order place on 3/8/18. Now informed that Systemsat do not have stock of this unit and do not know when stock will be received from Max view. This is despite the fact that the full cost has been drawn from my bank account.This is extremely unsatisfactory. Stock status should be stated on Web site. I have now cancelled this order.”

“I am sure the products are good but the service is awful. Our next day order arrived after we had already done the job it was for, meaning we had to purchase locally. The only response we got was a refund of £3 for the difference in the next day delivery. They clearly are not interested in any kind of customer service.”

Good afternoon Mr Low, I did not realize you had to purchase another lot of cable. If you wish to return it, we will give you a full refund. I have spoken to my manager and he will refund you the full amount of Carriage the amount of £10. If you will be reurning your order, please inform us so we can expect it back. “Item advertised as in stock was not in stock. Promised refund for next day delivery as a result but this has not materialized. I chased SystemSAT on several occasions but no refund provided apart from excuses (we only issue refunds on a Friday! - which turned out to be not true anyway). No response to emails and no calls returned as promised. Poor, poor, poor. Case raised with PayPal.”

“This company took immediate payment and after 5 weeks had still not supplied a Triax TD78 despite the fact it is readily available from the UK manufacturer. They have promised a refund via Paypal but two days later still waiting.”

Keith, We're sorry that you feel this way. Triax recently increased their pricing. Please note we do not purchase Triax UK. If we did the price will be triple the advertised price. We do a lot to save our customers money. We apologise we were not able to provide our usual top class service on this occation. “Purchased CCTV camera was unable to connect to network drive for reasons unknown. No response to any e-mails sent and when called would always say they would call back (but never did). Had to request a refund through the PayPal buyer protection scheme but without this I fear I would still be waiting (and waiting and waiting) for a response.”

I am afraid I have to disagree with your review, we assisted you as best as we could, we took back the camera when it was out of the 14 days return period and refunded straight away. We understand you did not want to go through the firmware update which was recommended by the Manufacturer which could have worked. Kind regards, System Sat Team

“ordered cable 5/12 told 2-3 delivery now 15/12 no cable no update from form systemsat , might be crooks need to contact credit card company for refund”
