“You had what I whated at a good price and good service”

“Very informative over the phone, and a nice prompt service. About the product: One nut was missing (no problem) but I feel that the dish to stand mount should have used wing nuts, to stop the need to carry a spanner with you. A quick visit to the local hardware shop sorted that, but I reckon the makers should have thought about it, when designing the fittings.”

“I wouldn't say happy. Its not the same as the one shown on your website. I chose this one as it was identical to the one that I'm replacing. The main body isn't as long as the one supplied and the fitment is different.”
