“The instructions for mounting and aligning the motor are inaccurate, ans resulted in no signal at all. When correctly re- aligned the motor and dish angles were no where near those quoted in the manual!”

“i was surprised the order came the following day!perfect condition,all parts there etc.Easy to follow instructions,I erected it in less than an hour.Its a great help to have a signal finder tho.I would recommend to anyone to have a backup in case freeview was to go on the blink”

“Everything as advertised and a quick service - excellent. Product instructions were however very poor with inadequate illustrations and some parts that were clearly changed in design. Online resources from other suppliers filled the gap! Happy to recommend you but would suggest improved online instructions / illustrations / photos at least of this product. “I needed a mpeg-4 decoder rather quickly, and I was not able to pay for shipping to Uganda. Ashley was very helpful and helped me pay, and arranged that the correct decoder was picked by courier on my behalf. In only two days, I had the decoder up and running in Kampala. Brilliant service!
