“I can highly recommend this space - even the smallest studio had enough room for the three of us to work without getting under each other's feet. Super well organised and clean, very efficiently run by Michal, communications clear and prompt. Bottled water provided, which was over and above, and Michal helped with loading and unloading. Anytime again.”

“This is my first time booking the venue via Tagvenue Result: I visited the site, confirmed and paid a month ago, but the company informed me a day bf that the room is no longer available, that's so shock and I have nothing to do but have to find another asap. But I booked the hotel of speaker near the venue and informed my learners. It cause a lot of trouble. Overall: Good: the system is clear and easy to follow Need to improve: *more protection for user is needed *found can't rate the company and they change the status of the deal into unaccepted”

I’m very sorry your booking was cancelled at the last minute - I completely understand how stressful that must have been, especially after arranging travel and informing your learners. I’m glad you found our system clear and easy to use. Still, we take cancellations very seriously. Venues that cancel confirmed bookings face penalties under our T&Cs, including temporary suspension and removal of Supervenue status. This is not behaviour we tolerate on our platform.
