“The plaform is easy to nagivate, and the recommended locations are on spot to what we are looking for , and some of the places are the same as the pictures show in the website and it would be better if the providers can mention or describe the surrounding location, like how accessible the place is, and it is near industrial area, or residental area or it is near shopping mall or the nearest MRT.”

“Tagvenue is a great way to research venues for events - especially if the event is in a different city! I found the venue for my Sydney based birthday celebration (I live in Melbourne). It was stress free, took way less time then having to do a research trip, and was incredibly responsive. I would definitely use it again.”

“Extremely dissatisfied. I had put the description of the event I was looking for. Two Hands, a venue in Abbotsford, kept adding things in that were previously not listed nor mentioned until I had paid a deposit. Also extremely frustrating that the only times I would receive calls occured at 9pm or later.”

That alone will make me a repeat customer for sure, and I have already recommended Tag Venue to others. On another note, it will be great if email confirmations are provided after bookings are made.”

“Amazing. I hired the Hansel's Hideaway room and the pool tables for our use, for my autistic son's 18th birthday gathering at the Saltaire Klubhause Bierkeller. We were a small party of guests. The buffet food was ready for us upon our arrival, there was no waiting. We got much more than I ordered for his birthday. Because we were the sole party, we were given the whole of the upper floor for our use, which now included the dart boards. The manager was on hand, as were the staff who checked in occasionally so as not to disrupt our party, but who were on hand as and when we needed them. The food was mouthwatering. My son and his guests even got a a round of drinks on the house from the manager. The only thing that was a minor issue that we dealt with was the intrusion of one or two people in the pub who came upstairs to play pool or darts. And, even though it was blatantly obvious that there was an 18th birthday party going on, ignored the decorations we had that stated that. So I have one suggestion. And that is to have a sign on a post, or a barrier of some kind with a sign stating that there is a private function upstairs so there's no admittance. Because, even when we were winding things down and removing the decorations, a group of people, and while my autistic son was still upstairs with us, came upstairs to play pool. They were noisy. We only had family and my son's best friend at his 18th because he doesn't cope around strangers. Less so when they're noisy. So it would have been better if there had been a sign that we would have removed once we left the upstairs. It's just a suggestion. But otherwise I highly recommend this venue. We'll see you in January for my youngest daughter's 30th!”

“The fact I am receiving this request for a review with the heading stating how I found the right venue shows the little communication between venue managers and the online platform. My experience has been extremely poor due to the fact that the venue I booked was double booked by the venue manager. I wasnt informed until nearly a month after I booked about the issue despite several messages prior. As a result my soon to be 1 year old son's birthday party had to be cancelled due to the short notice and little time to find a suitable venue. I dont usually provide reviews as comprehensive as the one today but i was extremely disappointed with the communication, service and of course the overall result. Please make sure if booking that you triple check that regardless of confirmation that you have secured a venue through the app and the venue manager, that it hasnt been booked by someone else.”

In this case, the double booking was on the venue’s side and not communicated to us initially.
