“Today I booked room 1 from 7:00-8:00. They usually do not send a code to enter the room so I asked for it around 6:30. When I arrived at the studio right before 7:00, there was another group who was waiting to use room 1. Their code did not work and our new code worked, so we used the room from 7:00pm. At about 7:45, the group we saw earlier came into the room. They said they booked the room from 7:00 to 8:00 as well. I called Maciej Hoiski and told what happened. He insisted that I started to use the room from 6:30 which was not true. His logic was that I used the room from 6:30 because I contacted him to get the code before 6:20. It sounded like he double booked but he was trying to accuse me for using the room from earlier, which does not make sense because both the other group and I booked the room from 7:00. I asked for refund. I want to see if he really send me the refund.”

“I found the system very easy to use however once I had made the initial enquiry I needed to add someone else to the conversation which I wasn't able to do so become a 'messenger ' between the two people who needed to communicate with each other. “Was a great venue, a lot bigger than anticipated. Such good value for money and staff were friendly and helpful through out planning and on the day. Celebrated my 26th here, twas good fun. Decor in the private room is a little odd a lot of animal heads on the wall haha but nonetheless recommend this venue”
