“It’s a great way to fine a venue, but I don’t think venues should be advertised I’d they are not available. Only available venue should be visible”

“Tag Venue made me happy cause it showed me a variety of places in ONE site which saved me some stress. I would not say I was extremely happy with the venue itself though. I think it was a good size and good location, but it came up via TagVenue as appropriate for a Hen party, yet upon speaking to venue (Mahiki) I was given numerous rules (albeit they flexed on SOME things) the bride wasn't allowed a sash, veil and etc. that typically accompany a "hen party". In regards to the service, I was not offered everything as promised by the venue which was extremely disappointing when 3/4 key reasons why I chose the venue were not fulfilled by the venue themselves.”

“Tag view was ok but should have a lot more information on the venues for example the venue I used had a kitchen with a microwave, fridge etc and it would have been nice to have a picture of the kitchen and what was available to use. Also would be a good idea to list if tables and chairs available It would also have been idea to know if parking was available etc . Clearer information on any deposit that is required. In general a little bit more detail is needed on the venues to help you make a shortlist before calling the venues. However well done. I was pleased you were able to help me find a venue for my daughters baby shower Mrs Basri”

“This was my first time using the site and while it was great for finding a venue, I preferred to deal directly with the hotel and continued the process with the hotel directly. I like to see proposals all in one document and not questions being answered in many emails. It gets too confusing trying to look through many emails to piece together the information you're looking for that you could have in one document. I really don't have much to compare to since I did not finish the process through tagvenue. also, I wasn't sure if tagvenue was a free service or if I had to pay once the service of finding the venue and securing it was complete. Maybe if there was more clarity around this I'd feel more comfortable using it next time. thank you.”
