“Hi Emma I have visited your location at Airway building and find Evelyn to be friendly and very helpful. Due to the nearby construction noises which was not so ideal for my participants, she recommended me to Chinatown Point and even arranged the staff Mia to take care of me. Mia welcomed me warmly and showed me the rooms. I was a bit concern that I have to book 2 rooms and she suggested that if I join as a member, I could enjoy better rates. I signed up almost immediately. As the office dont open until 9am, Nurul provided me with the access code since I need to be there at 8am to set-up. I must conclude that your staff is awesome in anticipating needs and provided good solutions for me from Evelyn, Mia and Nurul.”

“It was falsely advertised as natural light but instead I was offered a mini ring light. The windows are surrounded by trees. The host arrived late to let me in. I had to conclude to filming elsewhere because the studio wasn’t adequate & looked nothing like the photos on the site. Please feel free to ask host to take photos of space to disproof my claim. For the reasons stated above, I would like to request a refund.”
