“Easy to use, quick response received and I found a venue within my budget.”

“Tagvenue gave me the worng information for the venue I booked. It shut two hours before they said it would and there was no bar service on board the bus. Very disappointed and it nearly ruined my event. Will not be using their services again. I complained to the venue and they are sorting a drinks voucher to apologise.”

“This is a good site as it helped me quickly find pubs with function rooms for hire in the locations and for the date I wanted, and at a price that formed the start of more detailed negotiations. Negotiations are strictly through the site which is fair enough.”

“I did find a venue through the site but I found it cumbersome to have to communicate through the site throughout the process. I want to build a relationship with the contact which is more difficult sending messages through a 3rd party site, I had trouble accessing the site on my mobile so couldn't always see the venue's response straight away. It's annoyong to be forced to communicate in this way.”
