“Tajima make the service seamless. Communications were excellent and timely. I received my new RX lenses and I couldn’t be more pleased. My frames are 10 yrs old and no longer in production and therefore new lenses were appropriate. This is a great option for your favorite frames. I will use the again in the future.”
“Over all the experience was pleasant. I had originally purchased the lenses to install myself but they weren't an exact fit but this was not Tajima's fault. I had purchased some Maui Jim Stingray's back in 2008ish, and the newer stingray's have been slightly altered over the years. I contacted Tajima and they sent me a shipping label to have the lenses corrected and in week or so I had my glasses with new lenses back. So, it was a relatively painless operation but in hindsight I should have just sent the frames on the first go around. As for the lenses them selves, they are great. They are very clear and match with my frames as if they were original.”
