“Silly me, I paid and received my shipping slip then forgot all about it..... A couple of months later I received an email from Yakima that they had not received my sunglasses to replace the lenses. They sent me a new slip and I got them in the mail and got them back very quick. Great company and service.”

“The lenses are spectacular minus the matching marks on both lenses on the outer portion. Initially, I thought I was not cleaning the lens as well enough, but soon realized that the Marks were part of the lens.
Is there a warranty on the lenses?”

“WOW!!! Let me begin with the customer service. Simply put, it was the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I had several questions about a couple of measurements that were not on my prescription. Within less than 20 minutes, I received both an email and a phone call to help me get the measurements I needed. WOW!!! Without a doubt, these are the finest lenses I have ever had on a pair of eyeglasses – regular or sunglasses. The clarity is superb, bar none. After receiving my sunglasses back, I had the opportunity to wear them after a winter snowstorm. They handled glare off the snow and roadways spectacularly, and they handled cloudy days as well as direct sunlight without any problems. 5 Stars plus, plus, plus!!!”
