“Game changer! Started during the 4 month sleep regression and wish I had known of this class sooner! My now 27 month old puts himself to sleep at night and sleeps all night. We still struggle sometimes with early wake-up’s but we follow the plan and he stays in his crib until 6 am. Thank you Cara!”

“I’ve followed Cara (including Instagram, doing the infant class, now toddler class and subsequent 1:1 phone consultation) since my first child was born. I’m so grateful to have had Cara’s knowledge (and her team’s) to have answers on what do to in these phases! Sleep is a precious thing and I want to keep our house peaceful with good sleep! I can’t imagine where I’d be (and my kids sleep would be) without these classes and the info shared. I highly recommend!”

“After 2 nights of the ABC’s of Sleep program, our 6 month old was falling asleep without support (no rocking or holding to sleep), and after 5 nights we had successfully weaned night feeds and she began sleeping for 11 hour stretches at night. She always wakes up happy and well rested in the morning. We also did the Navigating Naps program, because our child was only napping for 20-45 minute stretches and would be fussy after waking up from naps. The program helped us achieve consistent 70-90 minute naps, and our child now always wakes up happy from a nap. Doing the nap program also helped us overcome early morning wakings after ONE DAY! I highly recommend the Taking Cara Babies programs! Our little one is now a great sleeper and always wakes up happy :)”

“Purchased this out of desperation at 3am while sitting with my 2 week old who would not sleep during the night. As a first time parent this course SAVED us. I learned so much not only about sleep but how to soothe my baby as well. He’s 7 weeks now and sleeps a long four hour stretch followed by waking every 3 hours to eat. Once we put him down he might wake up 1-2 times within the first hour but what I learned in this course gets him right back to sleep on his own with little intervention. I wish I would have went ahead and bought the bundle cause I will be purchasing the next course as well”
