“So worth it! The information is super thorough and easy to understand! My baby went from waking every hour to sleeping 8 hours the first night of sleep training! By the end she was able to fall asleep independently without crying and sleeps 10 to 11 hours every night!”

“Everything you need to know from A to Z for getting your baby and entire house on the same page with a newborn. We have heavily leaned on all of these programs for both of our boys in (2 and 8months) and they are both expert sleepers because of it. Whenever anyone asks how we do it it's always the same answer... Taking Cara Babies. Just trust in all the principles of the courses and stick to the process. It works. Period.”

“I wish I knew of the thinga in this course for my 1st baby but hapoy it was available for this baby. Some of the things didn't work for me but watching all the videos helped me have more confidence in what I was doing and seeing in my baby. I have recommended it to many new mothers and would continue to do so. One of the most important things I took to heart was when you said to lay baby to sleep at least once a day for naps, the firat nap of the day being the easiest. So since day 1, we have always just layed our baby down to fall asleep on his own instead of rocking. It's done wonders for us all! Thank you!”

“As new parents, taking the newborn class was just what we needed! We went form very lost parents who were not funtioning without sleep to parents who were getting food sleep because our little one was sleeping. Highly recommend the class!”

“Where do I start? I’m so thankful to the Lord for Cara’s wisdom! Every night when I lay my 9 month baby girl down, I’m so happy that I know she’ll get 10-12 hours of precious sleep. She encourages you to use your mama instinct, and savor those cuddles 💕 It takes discipline on my part as well, as I learn from Cara through the courses and Instagram stories and the blog, what the focus is and what’s really important. “We prepared for our twin daughters with the recommended Babywise strategies. However about a month in, we needed more explicit, easy to implement, hands on STRATEGIES. The newborn class gave us easy strategies that we could try right away in away. It was a complete game changer in our sleep journey. We purchased navigating months 3 &4 but so far haven’t had to use many of the interventions yet because because of the foundations we worked on in the newborn class (and also God gave us two great little sleepers). So thankful we found this course!”
