“We decided to sleep train our baby when he was 9 months old. He was waking up multiple times at night and was up for the day at 5am some days. We followed this course exactly and he has been sleeping 12 hours straight ever since. We are all so much happier and well rested and I would recommend this method to anyone!! Life changing!!”

“I initially thought the class was kind of expensive, but after my baby started sleeping through the night five nights in, I decided Cara could have all my money!! I thought the videos were high quality and well-done. I also appreciated how they were broken up into short chunks because I was able to immediately jump to the section I most needed and come back the others later.”

“I fully support everything Cara teaches! I wish I would I have bought the class months ago! My 1 year old was waking 10-15 times a night and after night 3 of TakingCaraBabies, he was sleeping 10-12 hours a night without waking. “I recommend Taking Cara Babies to all Mommas. My little guy was waking up every hour before I started the course and life was hard. The process was painless, gentle and felt right in my heart. The baby is sleeping 11-12 hrs a night, we both wake up happy and energetic. I also highly recommend the consultation call, it answered my questions and allowed me to adjust the plan to my family's lifestyle. The customer service was also fantastic, I initially purchased the wrong course and got a refund as soon as I emailed the team.”

“I cannot say enough great things about Taking Cara Babies! I recommend the classes to every new mom I know. As a first time mom I was very overwhelmed with all the random articles and advice that I found on the internet. I wasn’t sure what was fact or opinion and it was stressful. I was given the newborn class as a gift from a friend and I finally found information that I could trust and was effective! I now have an amazing 8 month old who sleeps like a dream at night and for naps. It really is important to start good sleep habits as soon as possible but also to understand what is going on with your baby developmentally so you can have peace of mind and encouragement when things don’t go smoothly or as expected! There is a reason why both my hospital and Pediatrician gave me Taking Cara Babies as a resource recommendation as well!”
