“The Worst Food Delivery company ever,
Very Expensive and Rude behavior from most of the employee specailly the Riders as I had so many bad situations happened when I order food and of course it will be delayed but, In addition to that you will not ba able to expedite your delivery, you cannot contact the rider as he either ignore your call or giving you any lie such as ( 5 minutes sir, the restaurant took long time preparing your food, all the building here are similar so which one is yours ? etc...) they will find a way to justify their very low level of customer service and above all, You will get a cold meal !!!
Why should anyone will order from a company serving its customers this way ?”
“The worst experience I’ve ever had. The delivery was very late and when I called their customer representative he was not able to address the issue and was poorly executed. I don’t recommend this delivery app. They don’t value your time as a customer.”
“we ordered from 11 am and scheduled it to be delivered at 1 pm. quarter to 2 and we still haven't got the order, no update no nothing so we called the restaurant. Restaurant said pizza has been sitting for 2 hours waiting for a rider but no one has been assigned to it. Their reason was there was no driver suitable for our big order which were 5 boxes of pizza! Seriously?? Only after we called the restaurant that someone from talabat contacted us. They only called once within the 3 hour time frame. For more than 2 hours there was no available near the area. With the 2 hour time span they did nothing to solve the issue. They has the audacity to tell us "we apologize for the SLIGHT DELAY, we will compensate you with 8 dhs." Ridiculous! The restaurant had to book for careem to have our order delivered.”
“My food was very delayed. It took the rider almost 90 minutes to deliver my food. He did not reply to my calls when I called him. He delivered the food & did not wear his mask properly. The mask was extremely dirty. He was very rude & unapologetic. I will follow up with this issue further with the authorities.”

“I had to wait over 2hrs for my food to be delivered. Not only that, it was missing an item. They said they would give me 8AED, but only if I register to their website. They don't have a tracking system. Only chat & email. I had to follow-up many times. Plus, the agent said the delivery was complete. If it was complete, do they think I would complain? The restaurant I ordered from said in their cctv, the missing item was placed in the bag. If that was the case, then it's the driver who has the problem. The attached email is insinuating it.”

The items list is not updated. It turned out that I have selected items which are not actually available in the store. I had to modify my order several times because of that. At the end I have wasted 6 hours of my life to order something which I was not intending to order from the start.
I totally don't recommend this app.”
“I wish I could rate the Talabat 0.01 Star.
1. Ordered food yesterday, and it was marked as delivered while the food did not arrive and I didn't get any call from the driver.
2. Tried complaining through their live chat and the agent just giving me a bullsh*t reason that the driver's motorcycle had a flat tire, the reason why the delivery was late.
3. I then informed that the issue was not about late delivery but it was marked as delivered without the food arriving to me, pretty sure they just give a bullsh*t reason to all people complaining and they don't care.
4. The agent kept apologizing and said I will get a call for a couple of minutes, but still after an hour, no one called.
5. Dropped them an e-mail to request for a refund, and kept giving me bullsh*t answer "Escalated the case to the concerned team", again Bullsh*t, and until the next day no response, and update, I still didn't get my money back.”
