thousands of feet worth of tape for boxes that we ship out toght off the bat it was garbage tape it's shears and strips and leaves you a half a run down the roll and it's impossible to get it back as a full strip sent it back to them that they looked at it and said it was fine and sent it back to me and now I'm just throwing them out , thanks Steve jungle you guys are the worst!!!

Hi Frank, I was working with you on this over a year ago, and gave you a partial discount after the first call, and free dispensers. The tape you purchased has to be used with a dispenser and not by hand. We never heard back so we thought everything was fine, we have thousands of satisfied customers and would be happy to discuss your issues.

Well, I think I got the wrong order sent to me... I asked for 6 hole core and received the 12 hole core which doesn't fit in my ATG...

We got some tape in that we ordered from them, and the logo rubbed off right away. Also, it was sold as "Heavy Duty" packing tape, but it is very thin and flimsy. When we tried to submit a claim to return it, we got passed around from person to person and never actually had anything handled by anyone. I am now stuck with a bunch of tape that I cannot use, and their customer service does not care to help us.

Hi Jackson Thank you for your feedback. We reached out several times to help you resolve as well as provided our UPS account number to return any defective rolls or defective print, to which we have not received any response or returns. Tape is meant to adhere is meant to have some give to adhere to your packing and retain its integrity in transit. The difference in thickness between general-purpose 1.9 mil and heavy-duty 2.5 and industrial 3.0 relates to its tensile strength but only represents 1/1,000 variance in thickness so might not be as noticeable or satisfying to the touch. The ink on the plastic film can be scratched off, or smudged with the oil of your hands and pressure, or it could be misprinted. Without receiving image or, material to review however, it's difficult for us to provide greater insight. We offer samples of all the material in order as the custom-printed tape is non-returnable but we'll accept any rolls you'd like to return or a refund or credit. Please let us know how we can help. We offer samples of every material and grade and the tape you received is designed to secure your packages up to 50 lbs. It's possible to scuff the ink off the tape but it typically requires a decent amount of pressure. Once the tape is printed, however, we have fewer options to make changes, and custom-printed orders are non-refundable. That said, if you could send us one or two of the most unsatisfactory rolls, we'd be happy to review and provide a refund or credit towards a future order. i bought a case or the painter tape and the super blue as well and the painter blue did not do what i needed it to it wood not support its self on all most all surfaces much less then i wood have liked and the super blue did what the painter tape should have i will not be buying the painters blue again

We ordered custom printed tape for our business, but unfortunately the print rubs right off, making the tape look cheap. When I inquired, the company simply said there is nothing they can do about it. I won't be ordering from them again.

Thank you for your feedback. The proof was approved 2 days ago, Feb 6, and the order was automatically confirmed for production. The confirmation page should detail the remaining time frame but it might take a day or two to update the order status on the website. Rest assured, your order in on track and on schedule.
