“I have been very impressed with the Smartshop. I am slowly building a lightwaverf home automation system and I have always found them to be not only highly competitive on price but also very efficient. Orders get delivered on time, are well packaged and I have never had any issues with their customer service. Today they arranged a next day delivery for me at very short notice following a conversation on their Web Chat system. All in all a very good experience.”

“I needed information on what product components i would have to buy to control my heating remotely, I spoke with sales they referred me to their tech dept who were most helpful. I went back to sales and purchased everything I needed the whole process took no more than 10 minutes. Plus they emailed links to show how to install the kit, which will be delivered the very next day for free. The sales lady Loreen was very happy and had a pleasant telephone manor. Will definitely use them again. Brilliant service well done and thank you. Tony T R Electrical”

“I am extremely impressed with the quality of service from this team and look forward to buying more items from them. I have been in lots of conversations with theSmartShop as my requirements were 'unique' and every single person I talked to was so helpful, if they didn't know the answer they passed me on to someone that did, there was no passing me from one person to another it was straight to the person that knew the answer or a call back, and they always called back. I'm very impressed!”

“I needed to purchase a smart wifi socket kit. The web page was very clear regarding what equipment I would need. I checked with telephone sales person and she was warm and friendly in her response and clearly answered my queries I am very happy with your service Regards John Kennedy”

“First time ordering with The Smartshop and my first impressions are very good! I ordered quite a few products and a couple were out of stock but I was kept informed by customer services and they only took a couple of days to dispatch. Courier was DPD, which is perfect for working people, as it can be sent the local shops or redirected easily. Haven't used any of the Lightwave RF switches yet, as they are going to be a Christmas present. I have full confidence they'll work great and an added bonus they offered free gift wrapping! Can't find a fault, good price & service. Will be using again soon!”

“Equipment ordered arrives very quickly. Very well packaged and the equipment itself is very well designed and robust. Easy to install by any DIY person, no need for a specialist, engineer or electrician, even for wiring in the boiler switch (which is the only wiring job you will have to do, if purchased). Questions entered through the support ticketing system can take a couple of days to be answered, but if you e-mail customer services at the SmartShop, then they will help you very promptly with expert advice and help. Would strongly recommend to anyone wanting to automate their home heating. Cheaper than many alternatives.”

“An initial move into automation I find the smartshop very accommodating in terms of products and price. Their mailing is first class with trackable delivery. I had misfortune to order wrong product item but they immediately agreed to replace the said item. I have since bought more items and now The Smartshop is my preferred supplier of Lightwaverf products”

“Excellent service. Sent me put a spare cover plate which they had in the office for the price of shipping. It wouldnt be a big trouble to them, but it's amazing that most retailers wouldn't have bothered going to this hassle. Would highly recommend.”
