I read reviews on this Company after I had placed my order. My experience with this Company has been very positive. Contact with them has not been a Problem. The product I order arrive with in 12 days.

Safe website don't wory ! Camera arrived after 8 days, they definitely have a problem with communication via email. I send them 3 emails as I was working after reading Reviews here and send them last final one in red colour with big fonts ;) saying that if they not answer I will contact PayPal to cancel. After that I received confirmation email with tracking nr ( my order after payment wasn't showing on "my purchase" ). Use PayPal as a payment to be safe ;) Happy New Year !

Many reviews I have read are negative but this is not one of them. I ordered from TecoBuy on Black Friday, saving nearly £50 on an Ipad. Yes, it's taken 3 weeks to arrive and communication has been minimal but at the end of the day, I've got what I ordered and saved some money. There's no promise when you order regarding delivery timescales, just that despatch will be made as soon as possible. I will consider buying from them again providing I'm not wanting fast delivery.

I cancelled an order by sending an email, they dealt with it swiftly, and sent back money via paypal immediately. They could be a bit more forthcoming with information on their website. I couldn't see how to cancel the order innitially.

I ordered the iPad mini on 15th August without reading these reviews. I received all the correct emails from Tecobuy. However, on checking the delivery status using the Tracking Number supplied on the emails, panic set in. DHL and Royal Mail both stated that delivery had been made to an address 12 miles from me 6 days ago! This postcode turned out to be the ‘local’ Royal Mail Delivery Office. And they weren’t answering the telephone. The twist came this afternoon. A neighbour knocked on my door with a parcel, addressed to me. He found it in his house upon returning from holiday today. He doesn’t know when it was delivered or by who, but assumed that his cat sitter had taken it in sometime during the week. Very odd, as we were at home all week... All I know is that as I live in a village, the postman knows my name and where I live, so why was it delivered across the road if Royal Mail were the last to handle it? With no acknowledgement card advising of its whereabouts. I can only assume that DHL were actually the last hands. Though today’s events have lifted a huge weight off my shoulders, as the order has finally been received. And by all accounts it should only have taken about 10 days, so pretty quick. Also, like others, I am not happy that the parcel came from Hong Kong. A lot of cleaning was carried out of said parcel and packaging. At least an adaptor was provided too, as the charger is definitely for the Chinese market. Not happy about this.

Although the delivery was slow, 12 days from ordering, the camera arrived, as described and I am pleased with it. In addition to slow delivery, the only other issue is poor/lack of communication.

I've ordered a sigma Lens from Tecobuy. I don't think your a scam business but your customer service has to improve. I will wait a little longer before taking a decision on what to do.

Ok - here I go again - apparently a slow learner! It has been 11 days since I ordered a phone from Tecobuy with no action from their end. I suspect that they blatantly lie about items be in "In Stock" - when they actually just order them once they have your money. They have all sorts of excuses as seen in other posts. I went through the same charade last November, and finally recieved my order fine. Perhaps they are deceiptful by nature, but I think it is more likely it is their unapologetic business model. Tough luck if you are the ones with your money "floating" between payment and delivery if the music stops and they fold. I don't think PayPal will be coming to the rescue. So my advice - if you want certainty and timelyness - look elsewhere. If you want the best price & don't care when (or if) it arrives - these guys are great.

I can only repeat what others have said. Do not deal with this company. I ordered my mobile phone on 9th April. I received a copy of the despatch note but nothing else In my nativity I reordered but went and chose a different phone slightly more expensive. When I realised the other was being processed I emailed asking if they would send me a refund and asked them not to send it out. This time I had bought the phone through Paypal and that it seemed made all the difference. The refund could not have come quicker. The first phone is still awol. I don't know where it is.

I purchased a Dyson cordless stick vacume, it quit working and they will not contact me. Called Dyson and they said it is not a Dyson serial Nu. I had two vacuum cleaner repair shops to work on it and the Dyson part they ordered won't fit it. Do not do business from Teco buy.They seem to be a fraudulent bunch of crooks from Hong Cong.

Purchased a set of Dyson Corrale Straighteners in November 2020 for a Christmas present for my partner. Seemed okay and arrived eventually in time for Xmas. Tried to register them and activate the warranty with the serial number on the Dyson website only to be told the serial number does not exist , phone Dyson and they confirmed this also and also suggested that I send the straighteners to them so as they can examine them, I did this and 3 weeks later I received a letter from them confirming that they were counterfeit goods and had been disposed of. £357 spent for nothing. Best advice I can give is avoid this scamming company that is not even based in the UK but in fact based in Hong Kong to avoid extreme disappointment, anger and getting ripped off and always go direct to manufactures official website. NEVER AGAIN !!!

FRAUDSTERS...AVOID NOT UK COMPANY...ITS OVERSEAS...SOMEWHERE IN HONG KONG.. PAID GOR MY A52 AFTER MORE THAN TWO WEEKS....WHEN I CONTACTED...I WAS TOLD PHONE IS NOT IN STOCK...THEY USE OUR MONEY...AS UK TRADING STANDARDS DO NOT APPLY TO THEM.... NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.. AFTER WASTING MORE THAN TWO WEEKS GOT MY REFUND..

Scammers. I bought a Samsung phone. It showed "in stock" on their website, so I went ahead with the purchase. They said that I would get a tracking number within 2-4 days. 2 weeks later, no news of the phone. I emailed them and their reply was " Thank you for your email. We write this message to confirm that your order has gone through and is being processed as of right now, please kindly note that once this stage has been completed, your order will be shipped and a tracking link will be provided to you for your reference". Another week went on and emailed again. Their response was "We are very sorry to inform you that our stock replenishment has been delayed. We will get back to you as soon as we have confirmed the delivery date". However, on their website, the phone was still in stock. Now a month after the purchase, I emailed them for the 3rd time and did not have an answer. 5 days later, I raised a complaint with Paypal and got my money back. Time wasters.

Terrible company DO NOT TRUST! Ordered dyson hair straighteners thinking they were UK based. 20 days later still no product. Eventually they tell me the parcel is lost and I can have a £10 refund!!!! The straighteners cost over £300. No proof that the parcel even left - ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS

After months of me emailing weekly I have now been offered a £10 refund as compensation (not even 5% of the cost) as apparently it was lost by the courier. Prior to being lost it also took almost a month to dispatch despite payment being taken immediately. They will not give me a refund as it was being sent by standard shipping therefore not insured. If they were a UK company then I would be able to get a full refund (as I should) as contract with seller not courier and covered by Consumer Rites act. Sadly this does not apply. Seperately the customer service has been appalling. I would not reccomend this company to anyone, even though you may get a bargain it is simply not worth the risk.
