“ Unable to contact a representative by calling their helpline. I literally get cut off every time I have attempted to call. Their delivery service by Evri is also awful. Evri have stated they attempted delivery but no one has actually turned up to deliver as stated. Still waiting 2 days later without any help from Ted Baker. Avoid. Do not purchase via their website. Better to purchase through a high street store. ”
