Absolutely, disgraceful company. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE SHISTERS. family holiday for 11 of us. A month before due phoned to ask what was happening due to Covid. Informed it was cancelled and would have a full refund by end of month. Never materialised and ay some point was told it is on. 6 hours on the phone over 14 calls to be lied to, promised return calls that don't happen, to be cut off and wait on hold for long periods. Absolute sham of a company DO NOT USE. I've now taken them to the small claims court. The absolute clowns.

Worst company i have ever dealt with. Holiday cancelled and waiting for refund. Cannot get them on the phone they put you on hold for hours then tell you they will call back, but never do! In my opinion these people are criminals taking advantage of people who want a holiday. They should be taken to court and prosecuted for their criminal acts of taking money and not paying back whats owed! We are owed over £7000 for a family holiday. There doesn’t seem to be anywhere you can complain about these people. My advice to anyone thinking of booking with these people please dont! It will cause heartache and stress!

crooks , the lot of em !!!! but I've had so much fun ringing with spoof holiday requests , keep them on the phone for an hour or so, then say bye, and insult them before hanging up the phone !!!! , such a pleasure winding them up, wasting their time and money , revenge!!!! a rare privilege these days , Wayne Perks has a lot to answer for , appalling way to deal with customers.

Awful Company. Do not book a holiday with Teletext! Holiday booked and cancelled due to current circumstances. Getting a refund is an absolute joke. They do not want to provide a refund and hold your money unlawfully. Customer support is just a title. They are rude, lie and even use abusive language. Apparently they never have a supervisor or manager to speak too. There complaints procedures are a myth, you can not file a complaint via telephone only online to an non existent complaints form with a hidden magic trick, click the link and guess what you are back to the start and poof! The form was never there. Call Centre is based in India, poorly run with no hierarchy system in place. As a British company that has been running for a lot of years, it is disgusting that they don’t have any pride in maintaining customer satisfaction. All please complain to travel trust association to start complaint procedures for you’re refund, please report on direct gov for company behaving unfairly during covid. Also Holly from teletext please do not respond as I do not want to call your joke of a customer support team to be on hold for hours, have the phone hung up and speak to you’re rude arrogant staff. It’s a money grabbing organisation, cuts back costs on its customer service, plus you’re holiday deals are rubbish. Teletext CEO I hope you are enjoying sitting on everyone else money to save you’re organisation from bankruptcy. However you can issue credit notes, rebook a holiday and still sell holidays but can not give a cash refund because teletext have not received payment from the air lines, guess what I paid Teletext for a package holiday not the air lines. You’re problem not mine so pay me my money. You set of bandits!

Dont book with this company Been on hold on phone for 5 hours When i did through was put through to call centra in india was told i would have a compleat refund in 30 days Its now 45 days later and NO refund Thay took full payment back in september 2019 for my hoilday in june 2020 Thay wont talk to me anymore but still have the dam cheak to send me emails offering me cheap hoildays for next year if i give them a deposit now Thay have £800 of my hard earned money and treat me like im rubbish This company should be closed down by the goverment And be made to give people there money back Ref number TT750856 Mr j shaw

This needs to be put out there. On the BBC briefing just now it has been announced that travel companies cannot refuse to give you your money back, they can offer a credit but they MUST also offer you a refund and it is YOUR OPTION They cannot hold on to your money and Trading Standards have been advised to take this on board at this time. But it has been made clear that your travel company cannot keep your money the Gov. will step in if necessary. Can you please post this. Also they cannot force you to rebook. All travellers affected by COVID 19 must be respected if they wish their money back and it refunded by the travel company. No ifs No buts. Thanks L

DO NOT BOOKED WITH THESE PEOPLE UNDERSTAND CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY ARE CONSIDERED MERCHANTS AND NOT ATOL REGISTERED. I AM SO ANGRY WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES WHO NEVER RETURNED YOUR CALLS. LIARS.

I got my holiday to Turkey cancelled last May 2020 they said they couldn’t offer a refund just another holiday. Which I was fuming but out of panic thinking I might totally loose everything I rebooked for this year May 2021 then it was cancelled this year as well they said I would get a refund after the date the holiday was suppose to be.But still waiting for my £2000 refund 😡😡😡😡😡 I’m suppose to get refund off the COVID Refund team by the end of This month August 2021 but I am vey pessimistic about it. Here is hoping

If ever you want to throw your money away boom with these. I have been hung up in, laughed at, ignored and have had zero communication from them in a whole year of waiting for my money back. Disgraceful company!

I booked a holiday with them in Oct 2019 to go away in June 2020, it was cancelled in March one of the advisers told me. I was told that refunds would be made in Sep 2020, guess what nothing, I have emailed them 2 to 3 times a week since then and all I get is thank you for your patience. This company is abysmal in the way it has treated its customer's, I know there have been problems with the Covid but to totally ignore its customers is appalling. there is no excuse for withholding money that is not theirs. I would urge anyone thinking of booking with them to go else where, customer care is none existent. The management want sacking because they are the ones who make the policy's and withhold all payments owing to their customers this should never be allowed to happen again by any of the Holiday companies.

Please do not book any holiday or anything with this firm they do not have any customer service whatsoever I'm still waiting for my refund after they've cancelled my flight and that's over a year ago avoid them at any cost please

do not use as simple as that, con artists dis t want to give one star i’d minus them and then some if i. could iv given up trying to get £1126back. i am a pensioner and had to dave for a very ,ong time for that money.customer service it’s utterly appalling, the left foot does,not know what the right foot is doing they don’t listen. when you eventually, get an adviser they are very rude when they realise you want a refund and not to rebook never ever will i do buisness with these cowboys again iv accepted il never see my money again and they need. to,accept that i will never do buisness with them again and neither will any of my friends or family.the sooner this company folds we the better, do not use avoid avoid avoid

DO NOT BOOK!!! Absolutely shocking thieving sodds they are & will not respond to any enquiries once they have your money!! I’v been waiting for a 4K refund for over a year & all they do is cut u off or make up lame excuses!!! Still waiting.. 😡

If I could give no stars I would. We booked 2 holidays which had to be cancelled due to the COVID pandemic. We have found the customer service to be truly dire. After being assured of a refund we are still waiting months on. The customer service is very unhelpful (after waiting an average 60 mins to get through) often disconnecting the call when they didn't want to help anymore and not giving the correct information I needed. I have written complaints in which the issues where not addressed and marked as resolved. I will never use this company again.

My mate and I booked a holiday in January 2020, for May 2020. It was cancelled due to covid 19. We tried getting in touch and on the odd occasions we did we were fobbed of with lies. My mate got through on 8th April 2021 and was told the money would be returned with in the next few days. More lies as it’s now May and still nothing. We got in touch with jet2 and also the hotel and we’re told the money from both parties had been returned to teletext holidays. So they get your money back but don’t want to return it to the rightful owners. In my opinion that’s theft, so all these people who they own money to have had it stolen by the unscrupulous firm Called teletext holidays. Do not use this company or any associated with them because if anything goes wrong you will not get your money back. They are thieves and fraudsters, so block them and last put them out of business. Even get in touch with teletext and get them removed. Let’s get up a petition and get the removed as a holiday company.

booked with this company since 2005 with no problems until this year. I will never use them again. they booked my holiday and flights. i got notification from ryanair that my flights were cancelled (nothing from teletext), and have been chasing by email and telephone since. they fob me off, promise the earth, pass me around to other departmants, then eventually (after 30-46 mins) hang up. i am now taking them to the small claims court.
