The booking system was difficult at first, But then I was handed over to a gentle man call Justin M who made it smoot and easy. He was polite and made sure I had the best deal. I had to rebook the next day and again Justin took care. He is a asset to your company .

Truly dishonest , took my money kept my money including monies refunded at their request from easyJet. Don’t go near them.

No you cannot trust teletext holidays do not touch them with a barge pole. I’m still waiting 3700 pound refund from a holiday cancelled in May. When you ring to discuss this they are really nice until they realise you are not going to purchase another holiday at scandalous high costs. When you reiterate you want a refund they are then either very rude Or put the phone down. The next step is legal action. AVOID TELETEXT HOLIDAYS AT ALL COSTS.

Teletext holidays have still not refunded my deposit from feb. This company is disgusting. Patricia. Do not use . Need closing down

I was telephoned today by Pooja from Teletext Holidays to inform me that my holiday to Spain was cancelled but was aple to offer me three options. I could rebook my holiday for next year at no additional cost to me or have a credit note or accept a refund. She went through all the options very carefully with me. I felt very relieved after her telephone call today. Thank u Pooja!!

Over all it’s a good service but the price has been upped which I wasn’t too pleased about .,, but great service on phone by Fraser 👍

Booked a package holiday with teletext not able to get cause of covid 19 was meant to go tomorrow to Lanzarote cant get talking to them on phone just got and email very bad service

Helpful customer services person was patient and happy to run through a number of options. As I found previously, the holiday I chose was not the price quoted on the web site, which was a bit disappointing sionce I see no reason why this information should not be 'live'.

I am due to fly Tomorrow with Ryanair flights cancelled phone calls 1st lasting 53 minutes. Still no confirmation email regarding cancelled holiday. Text message received offering credit. TnC,s state if package holiday booked then full refund is provided if cancelled. Shame on you teletext and Ryanair. Confirmation that's all I'm asking. Shanti be using either company again

I was constantly reviewing short break holidays and when I found one I called the number. The call taker was very helpful including looking to further reduce the cost. I found the holiday I wanted and the price I wanted and booked it. Very helpful

All done within half an hour and got what I wanted. Nice holiday in five weeks a a very good price. Morroco here we come

The price jumped up hugeley from website to when i spoke to the rep. A lady Neelam then rang me and price matched my holiday to on the beachs price. A bit off a faff but in the end great service from Neelam only and a great deal. Cant wait for our holiday

Will book again would be easier if staff got to the point though and answered questions without reading unnecessary script which diverts away from question asked
