No you cannot trust teletext holidays do not touch them with a barge pole.
I’m still waiting 3700 pound refund from a holiday cancelled in May.
When you ring to discuss this they are really nice until they realise you are not going to purchase another holiday at scandalous high costs.
When you reiterate you want a refund they are then either very rude Or put the phone down.
The next step is legal action.
AVOID TELETEXT HOLIDAYS AT ALL COSTS.
