“Hi team. Initially tried to call store several times on Monday but got caught in some phone message loop.Theres an issue here that needs to be looked into. Anyway being a regular supplier of pegs for my local sports club I travelled into the store and once there had a first class experience with the trained staff. Very happy with end result but phone comms still important in computer age. Regards, Paul Bridger”

“Tentworld is fine but their delivery company Toll is a fat zero. Toll took 7 attempts to deliver the item. I kept getting a message each day saying it was "out with driver" only for the driver to "run out of driving hours" and so it was returned to warehouse each time! It went back so often for this reason it got lost by Toll! Toll is useless, I live in the city CBD with a staffed reception to take receipt of the goods if I wasn't in, but each time I got the message it was to be delivered that day I made sure I was home anyway!”

“I ordered various items online including stretcher bed and pop-up tent. The delivery was good and on time, the items were undamaged and in working order however the condition of the boxes when they arrived were in poor condition, which was initially a worry for me about the condition of the items inside. The boxes were ripped and crushed in some sections no doubt done by delivery company. Thank you.”
