“Very good delivery time and store service. Has a small dent in the side of the fridge. We are not worried about it, but others may be. Maybe a bit more side packing.”

“Great service at the Ipswich store 6/02/21, a pitty that someone at Coleman had put the legs on backward on the Swagger3, last thing you want is to be trying to work out why it wasn't folding out as easy as on the video, a little persistance is good, thanks again to the staff , nice shopping atmosphere.”

“They supply a wide range of goods, mine was the shower & toilet combo tent. I found the instructions to assemble a bit lacking. But that maybe due to the fact I'm not a tent man. Delivery time was a bit slow, due to covid - I was told there probably would be a delay. I would purchase from them again.”

“Visited store then purchased online as no floor stock. Arrived promptly. Product had a fault/damage. Phone call to store and email follow up was efficient and prompt. Not offered return courier as in returns policy but offered swap at store which involved 3 hours travel. Store were polite and quick swap arranged. No compensation offered for travel. Would recommend Tentworld.”

“Very nice sales people, sufficient staff and great knowledge. An awesome showroom with tons of products - everything you could need is there. Went to view the Ozttail Lumos tent and only negative as that this tent was not ready for displaying of the LED lights, which is THE key feature of this tent. Nevertheless we put a deposit down on one !”

“I had excellent customer service from the chat operator (I think based on QLD). Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the NSW store in punchbowl. I live a long distance away and had to call them to ask my questions. I called four times over one month. Every time I called I felt like they rushed me, as if I was taking too much of their time. Mind you, I wasn’t wasting their time. I had specific questions that needed a answer. I was not lingering. I’m not saying they were rude, but it is obvious they perform better with in store customers than on the phone. Only Sophie, seemed happier to assist. Customer service should not have to be divided by in store (A guest and on the phone B guest, experience). I love the products of Tentworld.”
