Too long to wait when parcel comes from your warehouse in toowomba to Ipswich won’t buy online again happy with product though

We are sorry to hear you were not pleased with the delivery time, however; I have just investigated this matter, and it appears your order falls perfectly within our indicated delivery timeframes viewable on the Tentworld website. Delivery timeframes to most QLD locations are 2-3 business days once it has been dispatched from our Toowoomba Warehouse. Dispatch typically takes 24-48 hours, as these orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. I apologise if you expected the product to reach you sooner, however; this does fall within our indicated timeframes. We are glad to hear that you enjoy your product. I brought a swag I like the product and was shipped in good time But the price dropped by $30 as it was in transit Only a day or so after I bought it so the best price isn’t the best price

We've reviewed the pricing changes and can see that it had been listed at $199 at the time of your purchase and then was changed to a clearance price of $179. Ordered an air mattress as it was advertised as having a weight rating of 300 kg on the website. When the item showed up, it has a weight rating of 181 kg. When I rang to check on whether I had been sent the right item, it was explained to me that there are two different weight ratings in use. Why they don't show the same/correct weight rating on the website or at least explain that there is a difference is extremely poor and has certainly left me feeing ripped off.

Terrible. I ordered an item that turned out to be out of stock indefinitely which I found out after several attempts at contacting customer service. Eventually I was refunded. Not a good online purchase experience.

Delivery service extremely poor, ordered item on the 17th Jan and was dispatched the next day, still hasn’t arrived and have yet to receive an update from the courier service after contacting them last week

I bough the Easy Up OZ Trail 4 person tent it was on special lucky me, it was delivered promtly and I used it the following weekend. I find Tentworld incredibley responsive, range of products extensive their help/ enquiry line on products fantatsic. Its basically my go to on line store now for camping. It was delivered to Peter Robinson but I'm the buyer Sue Evans

Its been over 2 weeks with no communication on the expected delivery. The courier tracking information just says "collected from sender"on the 2nd Jan with no more details. With tentworld having a location in my city I had thought delivery would be quicker or if delayed better communication.

I will say the Tentworld side was very efficient and great to deal with. Unfortunately the courier used was unacceptably late with delivery, bad with updating tracking details and impossible to contact for details.2-5 day delivery of 2 parcels, 1 attempt to deliver 1 parcel 16 days later, no sign of 2nd parcel

The order process and speed of delivery was great. Unfortunately, one of the items I received was damaged and I am still working with Tentworld for this to be resolved.

They sell stuff, I buy stuff this is called an average transaction, normally 3 stars. They see fit to pass on mandatory contact details to a third party to harang customers for reviews.... Star removed

Ordered a pair of Keen Sandals, and unintentionally quoted the wrong size on the order. The cost to return goods charged by yourselves is exorbitant. Many other online retailers provide exchanges or returns at no cost. You will be able to sell the unused product at the same price to your next customer. I also had to pay freight costs to return goods. I will not take the risk in the future of having to return the goods, hence not a repeat customer. A replacement order is yet to be made. (awaiting delivery to yourselves) This is your chance to improve my level of satisfaction with your business.

The products carry box was poorly packaged and damaged beyond repair on arrival, possibly caused by poor handling by courier, but was left disappointed as the product was for a gift for another person.

Brought a product which i thought was good. I decided to buy another and send to my friend for his birthday. Despite entering my friends address the web site somehow captured my address again. I immediately notified tent world of the error and they informed me thay had correct the address with the courier (multiple emails exchanged). My friends birthday arrived but the product was still sent to my address by mistake.

Just bought an Ocean Signal emergency beacon (PLB1). When tested the apparently new battery had limited charge, so I'm now questioning the 'savings' made by buying from Tentworld. Disappointing if I need to use it and the battery is flat !

Hi Matt, thank you for your review. We have confirmed with our supplier that the Kozi swags are their entry-level budget-friendly range, and so they don't come with a bag, just the external straps to roll it up with. They find that customers usually store their poles in the pole sleeves (once the poles have been separated) or inside the swag and roll them up with it. We hope this helps. ~Tentworld

I ordered a hat, and it took nearly 3 months to arrive due to stock shortages. In the end it was actually a different hat from the one I originally ordered "westrooper black wide brim boonie hat", but I got a "Tactical Assault System" brand instead. Its ok, maybe the original brand is not manufactured anymore? But it would of been nice if someone had contacted me to let me know. I also had to call the service desk number several times to follow up. It would be nice to keep customers informed if an item is delayed like this.
