Hi, Thank you for your review and feedback in relation to the Spot Gen4 GPS Satellite Messenger. We have been waiting an enormous amount of time for this item to arrive. We have been in contact with our supplier during the process and were advised that a critical part of the device was unable to be sourced by the manufacturer which caused its extended delay. I bought a pair of boots online from toowoomba which were supposed to be a uk14, however they were around about a size 10, about 3 inches shorter than advertised, took them back to Toowoomba and didn't have any more, couldn't get a refund, only store credit, not happy...

Hi Benjamin, We are sorry this has occurred. We have been in touch with our store which handled the return of the boots. During the return, an option for either a store credit that could take place that day, or a refund that would occur through a process from our accounts department at head office, where a refund would be affected in the coming business days. I'm sure the sleeping bag is fine but I wouldn't know as it arrived many days after I needed it. This was after ringing tentworld twice, to ensure it could be posted on time and then to make sure it was posted on time. Of course it wasn't posted when promised so I went without it. Doubt I would use them again. Way too many other stores out there.

We appreciate that you chose us for your camping gear needs and we are disappointed to learn that you were unsatisfied with your delivery service. I see that your order was placed on the morning of the 4th of April and was subsequently dispatched within 24 hours from our SEQ warehouse on the 5th of April. Unfortunately, once we dispatch the goods, our physical handling of your articles stops there. Purchased something that was the incorrect size despite going by the sizing listed on the package. Tried to return/exchange it 4 days later and found out they have a 2 day return policy. Something to watch out for. Otherwise, they usually have pretty good prices.

Have you guys read the email that I sent through? From the looks of it, you did not otherwise you would not be asking me to rate my purchase. My purchase never arrived. After 2 weeks I asked if I could pick it up. After driving 100+ kms I got to the store only to find they did not have it in stock. This was after I was assured that it was in stock. I then drove 100+kms back home extremely disappointed. What a waste of time and fuel. I only went to these lengths because I was going camping the next day and it is easier if you have a tent. I communicated with company by all possible means I.e. chat room, email and phone. Only 1 of your staff proved helpful and she was let down by management.

Bad chairs. Fix them. Hi Trevor. Tentworld has sent me badly designed chairs that are not suitable for sitting on by me. The chairs are built by Supex and called 'Chairette'. I will rate Tentworld 2 out of 5 as someone from Tentworld should have sat on the chair before selling them. I do not know the supplier shop as I purchased via the internet. During my recent tent purchase, I mistaken "reserve an item in store" as click & collect. As I was new to tent world, I signed up for emails in order to get $10 discount on first purchase. When I went to your Adelaide store to pay & collect, I was informed they couldn't give me the $10 discount as I had to purchase online. They weren't prepared to help me get online in the store to complete my purchase and told me to go away & order online.. Not impressed.

Hmm, placed an order on 8th Feb, apparently a tracking number isn't available, a courier problem according to customer service. I'm still waiting for my products to arrive,..... not impressed

I purchased ages ago took so so long for delivery even though it was on back order it was still weeks after the recommended delivery date but with no contact saying it was going to be even later I had to contact tentworld several times to find out what was going on.

The site was fine, as was ordering and delivery. Unfortunately the product (an Oz Trail Shade Dome 4.2) was advertised on the site as 17kg and its weight was a big factor in choosing it. I was surprised when it arrived to find it was 22.5kg. It is going to be annoying to get that up on the roof rack each time we go camping.

Well since you asked. Bought a 12Vlt rechargeable fan, but it will not charge up battery either AC or DC. Why I did not report it is because my disability prevents me from having to walk a mile down the road catch a water taxi to the next Island walk 1/2 mile up steep hill to get the PO to return this. Will attempt to replace Battery my self, Hopefully. This was probably sitting in your shed for some time with no available to recharge it. Best Wishes.

Hi Julie, Thank you for your review. We apologise for what occurred in this instance. We are in the midst of overhauling our vouchers so that online and in-store vouchers can be used interchangeably. While this is ongoing, a workaround has been put in place where our stores can indeed convert an online voucher to be used in-store. Firstly, ordered a tent online and it never came. The customer support was good, but I ended up having to drive 50 minutes to pick up said tent. Still haven’t had a refund of the first purchased tent. Secondly, bought 2x sleeping bags while in the store (buying the second tent), on first use the sleeping bag case broke and the sleeping bag ripped. Not at all good. Only giving the second star because the customer service rep Stina was lovely to deal with.

I haven't had an update for any details of my package or if its even been dispatched yet, so I had to go and find the details myself. Tracked the package and its been sitting in Sydney for 10 days. Considering I haven't even got what I ordered over 3 weeks ago or had any correspondence on where it is from you, I'm not really that impressed.

Not that impressed with my recent purchase. I ordered an eski online and it was delivered with a simple plastic cover, not in a box and not bubble wrapped for protection. Upon taking the plastic sleeve off, the eski had a few marks and imperfections - some could've been already there and not checked before sending out, some that were exposed outside the plastic could've occurred during transit. I've reached out to customer service hoping it would be exchanged as it's a xmas gift but I've been offered a $20 refund instead of a replacement :(

Store itself is good as far as products and equipment but the service was terrible. Went in to buy an awning for our van and the man who I am certain was the manager huffed when I asked questions about the brackets and product. The man was rude and shouldn’t be in customer service if that’s how he’s going to treat people.
